Photographers take pictures every day, but most people don’t get married every day. If she didn’t like the photos, you could provide her with the raw images. She already spent thousands of dollars expecting high-quality photos, but after seeing the results, I feel like I could have taken similar pictures with my iPhone.

Surely they would have discussed how they wanted the images before they were done in terms of tone etc etc. Surely there must be raws which she can have redone however she wants them. She did pay a lot of money for them tbf.
I think the main issue here is following the contract. Its a legally binding document and if the contract says the photographer charges $4000 for raw images then thats how much they charge. If the bride didn't want to pay that much she shouldn't have signed the contract. I agree thats a lot of money and it can be argued that its unethical to charge that much for raw images, however the bride is an adult and she's equally responsible for this mess. Now if the contract doesn't say $4000 for raw images and the photographer is pulling that number out of their ass then it can be argued that the photographer is being unethical.
That Photographer is a bad joke. imaging ransoming the images of your clients most important day. That day literally cost tens of thousands and the poor bride just wants the images to look real. it wasn't just warm. It was bathed in yellow.

If the contract states that the photographer doesn't provide raw images, and the bride knew this before signing the contract, then the photographer is not ransoming anything. That is what was agreed upon and the photographer is following the contract. Having worked in the industry for over 10 years I can tell you that most photographers don't provide raw images and its part of their wedding contract.
Rest of it is subjective, some people might like warm tones others might not, depends on your preference. Which is why its important to chose your photographer carefully and look at their work thoroughly before entering into a contract with them.
