Nice video highlighting this gem! I’m a big arcade racing fan, games such as outrun and wipeout come to mind, but I fell in love with this game!!! It has the perfect balance of the driftey controls of the arcade isometric greats that laid the basic groundwork for it, yet somehow almost tricks you into giving a feeling of “realism” due to the finesse required to take good corners and such. Lastly I’m in love with the visuals, I think they are absolutely charming and the career mode channels the best of the times I remember playing the ps one Gran Turismo career mode way back in middle school. Simply put if you’re looking for a truly well crafted racing game, please look no further! My old roommate is a die hard modern Gran Turismo fan alongside other stuff like Beam NG, and yet he still managed to get immediately hooked by this game as well!
What a great video. It should be made illegal for unfinished games to receive awards. Worst of all, DustinEden got harassed by Xbox fanboys for criticizing Forza Motorsport. Sigh... What really makes me angry is that Namco is still ignoring Ridge Racer. For god's sake, Cruis'n, Hot Wheels racing game, LEGO racing game, F-Zero, and even Top Gear (Top Racer in Japan), Crazy Taxi are back. If San Francisco Rush and OutRun are back but Ridge Racer still isn't, I won't buy a Namco game. But I think San Francisco Rush and OutRun have a high chance of coming out differently than Ridge Racer. I saw that Digital Eclipse and Atari were interested in San Francisco Rush, and there was Outrun 2 from SEGA, Sumo Digital at British Racing Greats 2023. If you want to know the problems with racing games, watch Raycevick's I Love Racing Games, They Suck! It's a great video.
Nice review, clean edits! Like the super quick cuts of I guess shade thrown at FM? lol. At first glance, seems like a simple arcady racing game, but theres lots of effort and care made for the game. Gotta love indie devs. Also, FM doesn't have split-screen multiplayer? Is this like a modern game trend I missed, kinds sucks

I recall the devs for that game announcing that there was no split screen nor other stuff at the START.
bought it on steam, and I may buy it again for ps5, cheap! but! a awesome game, worth the money! 👍👍👍👍
