I recently got CO from 21 ssb bhiopal IMA entry the individual obstacle there were pretty tough than shown here the height of ladders are way above and it because of rain the rope got slippery and the whole area was muddy. I got injured during my GOR race my left leg got injured but the MH people didnt bother at all but still I was able to do 8 obstacles with my bad leg the next day. I would say do focus on arms and shoulder strength training.

See in IO attempting less or more doesn't matter much what matters is are you doing it without violation of rules, if you were not able to do any obstacle are you determinant to give one more try or are you a stupid wasting time on one obstacle after falling 3 or more times, So the essence is in io how you do obstacles matters alot, & if you have chosen a path which smoothly finishes all obstacle definitely it shows your intelligence & in the end I would say attempting maximum obstacle properly will definitely will give you an edge over other... 😉

I also had fear of height for that on tall structures I started sitting for a while ( mind safety ) which gradually removed my fear. I would say by practice & facing your fear you can remove it.
@@Rajanpreet587 bhai I've seen guys from service entry, who literally have commando like fitness. Even they struggle to go above 18, but that being said I guess maximum should be around 20

What if a cadet complete 30 obstacles or 3 times all the obstacles will he get good marks in gto?
30 is mathematically not possible, you can't do one obstacle in 6 seconds.
