The problem with Prada and Gucci is that they have “for outlet” bags and items that aren’t the same quality. You always have to get the past season retail stuff.

The original prices are not shown because those items are made specifically for the outlet. The price shown is the original outlet price.

@@JulietPicard I know sometimes you may find "outlet only" clothing at some stores.. but the items I come across at Givenchy are usually a season or two old and I've seen them at Neiman Marcus or their own boutiques so def give it a whirl! Not a huge story but you'd be surprised! great video btw

Hi Jen! I think Gucci and Zimmermann just discount the prices on the tags themselves and that’s on products throughout the store, so there’s no separate clearance section. There might be some stores that have clearance sections, but none come to mind.
What type of accessories did they sell at Dior? Any jewelry?
Hi! I don’t recall seeing any accessories or jewelry. I didn’t pay close attention to it but I usually see like scarves or other apparel folded in those glass cases. You can def call the store though and check. They might even be able to send you photos so you can purchase over the phone.
Do you have to wait in lines to enter the stores?
Some of them yes like Gucci and Prada had long lines. The rest were walk-in. It just depends how many people are shopping that day, but Gucci always has a line.
DIOR clothing is WAAAAAY Overpriced! $3,500 for a simple vest @7:00. 5 years ago that same vest would have been $1,000. There comes a piont where the pricing on just random clothing is just absolutely [Pathetic].

Wow I don't know anyone, not even millionaires, who would buy such expensive stuff. I mean it's just bags and clothes... wtf
It’s really subjective. Most people I know take a balanced approach. So 80% of the closet is reasonably priced, 20% is luxury. I only have 2 luxury bags at a time. They last 4-5 years around (personal experience). I don’t think the problem is the prices. The problem I’m facing is quality. Everything is becoming tatty. Mid range clothes aren’t lasting long at all. The fit is also horrendous. Luxury isn’t lasting as long as they used to either.
Ultimately what matters is value. I think we’re getting ripped off no matter the price range.
