How do you know a place is a good fit for you? How have you known when it's time to leave a place? How do you personally avoid burnout?

Turn over so high is because if the company loses a client, you can’t sit around for 3 months waiting for a new client when another company is hiring now because by the time they had a client their RBT went to another company and so on.
