Wow. The famous or infamous however you want to look at Carrie Todd story. One of more memorable story lines. I remember seeing this originally back in 1982, and I knew a handful of episodes were on UA-cam and I finally got around to watching them this past year. If I remember correctly so many twists and turns not only in front of the camera but bend the scenes as well. It would be amazing if the whole story line was available. But this is better than nothing. I can't remember though if this was the way Doug Maryland was going with the story all along, or was he planning a longer story with Jane Elliot originally? While it was a mesmerizing story it just seemed that it came out of left field. Because Doug was leading GL and so was Jane who was returning to GH? 🤔🤔
The producer fired elliot. Marland quit in protest. He had planned a huge story where Carrie was to kill Jackie and another trial and the uniting of the personalities. It’s believed that her father raped her which caused the splits. Elliot would have stayed on the show for years to come. It was horrific how it all ended. So sad of what could have been.
The woman winking: "I'm able, willing, and ready."
The whole damn intro is so cheesey. I love it!
You do know that was Lisa Brown who played Nola Reardon right?

The network cut the Carrie story short and that led to Marland quitting the show. What a shame!
Jane Elliot was amazing as Carrie.
Ah, Gracie!
"Just remember Gracie, you can run faster than Fritz." 😂😅 Nola had some great zingers for sure.
Josh: I wondered if I could, uh get your opinion on something...."
The actor aoppears to not know his lines at all. Uh uh uh.
