Thank you for this vid! I'm always looking for more tips for travelling with chronic illness. You've got a brilliant range of prep meds if you need them - v similar to my list (cold patches! Yes! Lifesavers!). If you find the regular Ibuprufon gel isn't working well enough the GP can prescribe double strength (10% gel). I can't take ibuprofen tablets (I became intolerant to them) and so Ibuprofen gel + paracetamol tablets are my boost meds for pain spikes. Hope you had a fab trip & time at the wedding, m'love! You deserve it xx

Yes I’m on medication from my gp as well
I can’t travel for hours, I get bored, need to pee, have a drink etc, so my advice is to plan a stop somewhere halfway, have a break
That is very good advice we had to stop a few times for the same reason xx
