@KhanMunazAhmad unfortunately, no. The way around for now seems like SSE or Manta. Shouldn't be a problem in normal mode or lower heroics though.
You can actually do your dmg as is. And at the end of match it will be alive with 1 health.

It’s probably obvious to everyone else but why does the bosses have like a billion health and the bosses I vs have like 200k
You are on a lower tier or the solo raid. As you complete them, you unlock heroic mode which has 7 tiers of difficulty.

In arena yes but spear gives more passive stats than astro harness
