Hi Rajeshwar. Did you know there is a raga called Rajeshwari? I believe that the pitch of my Sa is listed in the description of most of my UA-cam videos. This video was at F +8 cents.
Also flutes don’t have scales. We can play any scale from our flute. The note we get when we close three holes and play Sa is called the key or tonic. So this is F +8 cents
