      Hi Benjamin, yes, this QuikTune script should work for boats as well.

    Note that while in Circle mode MP’s Action tab’s “Change Speed” button may also be used to change the vehicle’s speed (starting we have to run the rover in manually while running select which button for speed change for tuning)

    Great news! I have a boat and tracked skid steer mower to test! So just update FW to 4.5.0-DEV, and latest mission planner?

      Hi Paul, QuikTune hasn't been merged to "latest" yet so there's a special firmware in this AP discussion discuss.ardupilot.org/t/rover-boat-quiktune-alpha-testers-wanted/101989 . If you don't see a link for your autopilot there, just add a comment to tell me which one you need.

    Hello, Randy! I would like to know which version of ArduRover firmware can use this .lua file. I am currently using Pixhawk 2.4.8, and my firmware is ArduRover 4.1. I followed the instructions to import it, but I do not see the RTUN_ENABLE option in the User Parameters.

      Hi Chou, it's best to use the latest version of ArduPilot Rover (4.5) but to run Lua the autopilot really needs an H7 processor. It is maybe possible to get it to run on an F7 but a newer, more powerful H7 based autopilot will be much easier. The older Pixhawk 2.4.x probably only has an F4 processor which definitely cannot run lua scripting I'm afraid

    Hi, I have rover version 4.5.1, it doesn't have SCR_ENABLE nor on the SD card does it have the script folder to insert the scripting, the code is on the website, I believe I have to copy it to notepad and save it as .lua. Could help what happens in Ardurover 4.5.1 firmware. why is it different from 4.5.0?

    I'm using a minipix, would there be a problem with this??

      Hi @engstephan, we do not recommend the Radiolink minipix for a number of reasons listed on our wiki here ardupilot.org/copter/docs/common-radiolink-minipix.html . The minipix also only has a an F4 CPU which can't run scripting I'm afraid.

    I am also working on Ardupilot Rover , I try to attach RPLidar but in full parameter list i cant find PRXtype what to do

      Hi @psmv2741, the most likely reason is that the autopilot doesn't have enough memory or flash to support the features. The list of supported autopilots is here: ardupilot.org/rover/docs/common-autopilots.html . the limited features page is here: ardupilot.org/rover/docs/common-limited-firmware.html . by the way, the forums are often the best place to ask questions discuss.ardupilot.org/c/ardurover/8

    good evening sir, i tried quick tuning based on your video ,i cant rotate the rover with circle diameter value its rotating own axis ( point based rotation only ) how can i rotate with 2 meter radius please send any video or documentaion properly

      Hi there, it is probably best to post in the Rover forums including a log. discuss.ardupilot.org/c/ardurover/rover-44/170 . The issue is probably that CIRC_SPEED is set too high but a log will make it easier to know.

    I own a rover equipped with a differential steering mechanism. It operates smoothly when manually controlled. However, during autonomous missions, I encounter an issue where the rover fails to perform a pivot turn after reaching a waypoint and attempting to proceed towards the next one. It appears that the differential steering is malfunctioning, specifically the backward turning of one side's wheels. As a consequence, the rover drifts from its intended position and then attempts to realign itself with the intended path. Additionally, in autonomous mode, the wheels occasionally slip. What steps can I take to address these problems?

      Hi Anu, I think it would be good to use the Mission Planner motor test to confirm that the output dead zones are set correctly (see wiki here ardupilot.org/rover/docs/rover-motor-and-servo-configuration.html#minimum-throttle ). Beyond that it might be best to post in the support forums to see if others have ideas as well ( discuss.ardupilot.org/c/ardurover/rover-44/170 )

    Tell me what firmware to flash matekH743 or matekH743bdh to work dhot? is there any difference? Dshot on firmware will work matekH743?

    I'm going to try this on my 4×4 steering&drive rover. If I try anything on the PIDs it completely freaks out, so this will be interesting to test

    Estoy pensando en adquirir un pixhawk para mi robot con MDDS30A de Cytron,, aqui en españa no encuentro solo me sale en amazon y el aliespres , me gustaria me aconsejes si puedes y veas mi robot quiero hacerlo autonomo que necesito ?. Saludos desde Provincia Valencia- España !.😇

      Hi @@garfigarfi-i9g ArduPilot is not arduino although when the project first started we used Arduino based autopilots. Now it's all C++ on STM32 and Linux boards. I think it's best to post general questions in the forums instead of here. discuss.ardupilot.org/c/ardurover/rover-45/175

    Good afternoon, dear friend. Unfortunately, I did not receive support on the forum on my problem, so I am contacting you here When I try to read the log file of the matek f405se flight controller through the built-in utility "geo reference image", I get the error "going out of the array". Could you suggest how to edit the file for its proper operation, or give additional hints? Now my line "CAM" looks like this: "CAM, 291420823, 0, 1, 373677400, 2266, 38.08845080, 41.62946370, 46.35, 46.35, 46.35, 29.36, -21.65, 243.69". It is she who causes the error.
