Kevin, the tool you may want to get the battery-connectors through the gasket is called something like a... 'balloon bander expander livestock castration tool'. The link below has 'extended style tips but if you get the kit, the bands can be stretched over a handle or bar to create a comfortable grip. Works both for install and disassembly. See link below. Another note: WD-40 (essentially fish oil) will break down rubber gaskets over time. It may be preferable use a silicone grease or spray if needed but it shouldn't be needed with the above tool.
The motor connector is on the control board, & it's designed that way for the board to be modular as all the connectors are in one central area, while eliminating any other potential external points of failure for the motor, as there is also a hall sensor cable strand either single or dual, that coud be between 4 to 8 wires depending on if there is sensor redundancy, diagnostic, or tuning such as field weakening that go in a cable bundle with the motor cables all the way to the motor, so it's better to have all those connections in the control board area.
wow that is 112lbs ... I bet its a nice cruiser and fast ... look great but I dont like 110+lb as 88lb lynx but I liked my ex -30 (before the kill switch blew the board and batteries )... Now I am having trouble getting part & dealer says begode was out of stoc k ( wheel was 2 month old when this happen: ( I am very upset that its taking since aug 26th to get my pasrts( btw its not ewheels/ e-rides and I dont want to say the name where I bougth the wheel yet .. But I will soon ( it is a US cxompany thay you get a deal from ... Thats all I will say atm but he is sayiing it is begode stock on batteries?
Why dont you just buy a new board from ewheels or who ever they like 300 and new distribution board from who ever for like 70 bucks and then have the company reimburse you there is definitely ex30 mainboards stateside and as far as distribution board you can use anyones that has a master master pro comander pro they are all the same 134 v 4 pin distribution boards
my man! Like to get a hold of the linkages sizing spacings. A heap of caliper measurements to CAD out the movement and ratios. I have trust issues with begode from its previous track record.
Not like the old days when you plug it in and it sparks. Now days you connect everything up first then plug the charge in the main and charger will test before charging.
@@eucupgradesas you can see from my profile pic i ride a ex 30 so im well aware of newer wheels im more concerned with the heat on the pins when you pump 20 amps into the wheel with a fast charger
ah yes, the tolley height and the trail lights.. Don't know what tolley is.. And trail lights must be some special lights that turn on when riding on trails, right? Amazing they haven't fixed that text yet..
Looks to be one of the cleanest builds I've seen from Begode
That rubber gasket was one hell of a tight squeeze. I wonder how the engineers thought users would connect.
As always! Pure gold information! Thank you!
Allowing room for a 90/90 is a great step the right direction. These wider rims distort profile the 80/90 tires.

Great tear down as per usual Kevin!
Very nice looking wheel. Thanks for the close up look!
question, why are eucs not using quick connections for the motor like scooters?

Great video and workmanship!
Great break down, thank you!
Good video of et max assembly ride safe
Wow that looks amazing ❤ I want one be amazing for racing 🎉
thank you for the tearrdown, im interested in a motor teardown.
Tire change seems it would be more work than on the lynx. That tire is the best stolk tire ever.
Pretty sure the adjusters are rebound and compression, and you do not "pump up" a nitrogen gas charged, hydraulically damped coil spring shock.
@ZenLee that is a very long wheel. It's looks good but not sure it's meant for any off roading. You will clip that battery everywhere. Love the video.
it is for racing on big tracks
Спасибо! Очень интересно 👍
Are the motor dimensions the same as the standard c38?
Lol the speed can kill you too now it's just constant.
Great video! At 09:19 you mention an LED plug, can that be used to connect external lights or what is it used for?
Sweet.
Тыжелое колесо для облегчения жизни!
Thanks Kevin. Some aspects look good. And the usual begode questionable engineering . Im sure its fast but how durable?
super durable

100%
Only one charge port ??? 20 amps is. Bit much for 1 3 pin conection isnt it?

49kg is too heavy
lol
49...

This better not just be a field weaking wheel
Alway test ride the wheel first so that you know if it is right for you. It is a heavy wheel.
Dear Begode, stop pricing it in the sky. EUC have fewer moving parts, and cheaper to made than Surron/Talaria.
