Cursed slides in Tomb Raider

A few tricky slopes in various Tomb Raider games that require a good setup or timing to avoid instant death. The first part of the Floating Islands section also triggers the "No Crazy Golf" achievement for "letting the green boulders stay where they are." The jump at the beginning of the Old Mill section bypasses the trigger that spawns the changelings.
