Correction: #77 is not "too" but "tooth". Beauty, brains, smile and sense of humor! Love this channel! I decided "to bite the bullet" and invest time on improving my English. I had to 'get my act together' as I am not fluent in English even after "sticking around" in America for a ages. I "look up to her" for patience, passion in teaching/helping others. I am really "honing in on" learning English. "JForrest hits it out of the park" in English coaching. "I am all ears" to her videos and "jot down" everything she teaches. "long story Short", I am "Setting my English up"
Hi Jennifer, When I cook, I use to playing it by ears or wing it! But i dont play learning english by ears! When I pass the exam I will be on the top of the world but I sometimes I sit in the fence when I want to make the decision to schedule the exam.,I am all by ears when I tell with my friends! I sometimes wake up on the wrong side of the bed! especially, when someone interrrupts my sleep. so I need to loosen up and dont make a mountain out of a molehill.. in this days it will be a moment of truth, I will be at a crosswords.. In my area, it does not rain cats and dogs. When I was in the schools, my mates gave a cold shoulder as a game. I am working to hit the nail on the head (It is a pain on the neck) Thanks I need to write more but I will need a long document to put them :)
If only I could be able to ingest all of the idioms and inculcate them in my mind. I have to go the extra mile to reach that level where I can use these idioms in my daily conversation. I need to bite the bullet to study hard. I believe burning the midnight oil sure made me Englis speaking in the bag. Thank you for another fantabulous video to push us to study great idioms.
I've been learning English for a very long time and I've improved immensely. At first, it was a hassle to grasp this language since I used to learn more information but never used most of the words and phrases I learned. However, I managed to overcome that by learning few phrases and words and then using them more often until they were hammered in my conscious mind. As for now, I can speak fluently and effortlessly.
Hi Jennifer! Thanks, this UA-cam channel is the best thing since sliced bread! Great and useful idioms with fantastic illustrations, which help students memorize these idioms. My favorites are "call a spade a spade" and "be in the same boat". Personally, I like to use idioms whenever I communicate.
Hello maam Jennifer ! Am over the moon as I get up , because your lesson is too interesting. Taking my tea time . People don't get bored of it. Thanks so much teacher. Be blessed.
Hi, from Turkey! This video is really off the charts. I learned a lot of idioms life saving and will keep studying on idioms. Idioms make understandable life.
I won’t cry over the spill milk. (Over the fact that i didn’t have had the chance to learn English long time ago..) But I will say to you Miss.. Thanks for teaching me a lot of expressions in English. God bless you 🙏
Hi Jennifer, I love your tutorial and getting helped so much out of it. Thank you for that. At the same time I have a little request as well. Your video length is a bit longer to continue to the end. Instead 150 idioms if you kindly reduce to 20 idioms for 15-20 minutes video length I hope that would be more effective for the learners. Sometimes I started and cannot go to the end and next time I am struggling to find that particular video again which is difficult. The way you teach is fantastic. Love to continue. ❤
Teacher’s Forrester English lessons are the best thing since sliced bread. Definitely top notch. Thank you for sharing these gems of knowledge for everybody to learn.
Hi, there, if,. to make a story short, u have explained 150 common idiomas nicely and clearly, but I feel a fish out of water because of their different meanings, thanks top teacher mercy,,
Possibly now I have better level in understanding English, i can understand enough a lot of expressions. May be that’s a bit the reason why I want to listen to you more, to learn more. Because the fact that we don't have yet a good level in understanding a language, like that, the desire to listen can be lower.. But I think Your UA-cam channel it’s the best thing since sliced bread. 🙏 I swear i was thinking about which expression will be the best to tell you. I will except if you will say: ‘for me it’s easy because I am not paying you to teach me..’ But even when i was a bit in bad mood, Your channel has made me having the the desire to listen to you. I thing choosing a teacher it’s very important to choose the ones that wakes us up, even when we are in bad mood. Have a nice day 😊

I feel it in my bones that your teaching style is really unparalleled and unique, to put your efforts is on and off appreciatable that is bringing tremendous changing in us day by day willingly. My ❤for your hardwork and i am from India myself
Hi everyone I think that in the: 16th idiom " No pain ..." not "To pain, ..." ; in 31th idiom "... both worlds" not " ... both world)" (plural). Your amazing video is very interesting. Thank you so much. I didn't finish all the 150 idioms, i would send my favorite idiom later.
Very helpful for those new to english! Have to correct one of your idiom explanations. I think you might have "missed the boat" on this one.... Don't Cry over Spilt Milk..... In your explanation, you may have misled viewers as you described it as the act of crying or complaining about something that occurred some time ago.... The actual act of "crying over spilt milk" is when someone is complaining, moaning groaning or is particularly upset over something rather trivial. Something that isn't worth getting upset over... That's "Crying over spilt Milk".. Hope that helps :)
I would like to thank you soo much Jennifer for this wonderful way and explanation i will use it for the future . I shared it with my family my sisters educate English at schools. Look how many will know. Great things you do
