    I liked the way you put the flat in one pan and the point in another pan. That way the skinny people don't have to worry about eating fat.

    How hard is it to not eat those little scraps on the cutting board? That would drive me nuts. 😄 Nice job Dash!

      So to be honest I only really use this cutting board when I have lots of briskets and the scrapes are not "that" bad in person close up. But I can or could scrape the board and sand the scrapes out but washing with steel wool gets the board very clean.

      I don't know if the lamb has a brisket per se. The muscles might be different and there might not be a lamb brisket. I've never heard of one before.
