- Since Steve @ Painlesslyfe doesn't believe me that my 1.25 week old watch doesn't work, I have to create video for him & to share with Paypal that I didn't get a product that functions properly!
When I got it, it was at 66% charge, I let it charge before using it to 100%, few days ago it went to 4% so I decided to try charging it, it won't charge at all. I really like the watch, screen is clear & easy to use, when it worked.

Mines the same. But after a day it did charge keeps doing the same when flst
Don't know if you still have the watch or the status. I have the same watch. Hold the two buttons on the side let it come on the off a couple times then it will charge.

Same applies to mine 2 weeks old, only worked for a week and it doesn’t want to charge anymore.
Mine did the same after 2 weeks.

I had a Fossil Gen 6 that had a bad charging pad out of the box. Luckily, I was able go to the Fossil store and get a new one.
I hope they can just send me a new Charging pad, i love how clear the screen is on this watch and how it works. 91$ is a steal, just want it to work !!
If you run the watch to dead it’s very sensitive on voltage. Use a low power 1amp 5v block . If you don’t run it all the way down you can pretty much use anything

Hi mine has the same problem. Didn’t used it for a long time and now even if I tried to force restart it doesn’t work and neither does charge. Any solution please ?

.. verify that it's not the charger that's bad and use a low power block usb
Mine I had for 2 weeks and it stopped charging. But on the screen it shows the battery icon charging.
Let it sit on the charger for a full day, then remove it, then it will work. Mine does this all the time. BTW this is what we get when we buy china cloned crap !

It happen to me the thing is put it no charge and hold the power button until it comes on it will charge
i have a solution,place it on charger then when the back is warm remove it then press and hold the bottom button and place it on the wireless charger while holding the bottom button,it should start showing charging icon

Y’all try plugging on a different plugs , might work bc mine just worked after trying different sockets. Your charger has nothing to do with this , it’s the voltage from the sockets

I can't believe you paid $91 for that watch!. I bought the same watch on Temu for $25.
If you're going to get a cheap smart watch I'd get the Amazfit, I had one before my Pixel watch.
I bought one from TEMU and it lasted 5 days...and they refunded me money back i had to order another but not the ultra 8 the series 8 45mm and working fine without no issues soo far
I would try another 'charging pad' - IF it is inductive, but that little round one looks very proprietary. Also if you have an multi voltmeter you could check for power draw through the usb
I don't have another charging pad to try, it's not flat either, it has a concave to the center so the watch sits in it. Maybe they will just send me a whole new unit, if not then Paypal to the rescue,

Mine lasted about 3 months. Won’t charge at all, worst $35 I’ve ever spent.

Have you tried to do a hard reset ? There is a hole in the middle between the right buttons, push this with a needle while it‘s on the
wireless charger.
This should do it, at least does it on mine. It‘s a GX8, but they have hundreds of brand names, all the same hardware.
How can I try it on dtno 1 (7 pro max)?

When i put my watch to charge, it shows it is charging....but when i check back after few hours
The percentage didn't even go 1% high also....
Than i tried factory reseting it...and 9% increased
I should keep on factory reseting it to make it full
That toooo it takes a lot of time to even just increase 10%

I got a replacement from the store I bought and again it has same problem
Than what i did is that I charged it to 100% by Factory resting it each hour
Once I topped the charge, the watch seems to be fine now

It only charges at 1amp 5volts max. Anything other than that won't charge.
Absolutely…most people are using blocks or charger boxes with too much power…. They should have provided a block with it but it’s china 😅😅😅

What is the battery life, means in one time charge how much time it it work??
@@mysteriousboi8664 OH sorry :), if you turn off bluetooth on your phone so it's not always talking to the watch, i get about 2 weeks. If you keep it on so its always talking back and forth, about 5 days MAX.

these watches are rubish few days they stop working it is cheap nor worthy buy …
Mines been working 100% perfectly. I turn off BT and only sync the watch every 7 days. No issues as of 2 months now !
