I think rosa should get a health buff😭😭😭 and yes, she is strong at power 11, but imo her hp is kinda low for a tank, and she can't even reach far enemies like bull/ or have a very long range super like bibi, so she can't compare to them. Other tanks like el primo and frank can take her down effortlessly in no time. For god's sake, even el primo can reach enemies with his super, and he's like 2000 hp ahead of her. Plus, strong stuff time is kinda short, I think it used to last longer in the past.
