- Marvel's Spider-Man 2 has been out for over a month and now it is time to talk about the DLC (downloadable content) for the game. The rumors are swirling BUT we also have some official info on what is next from Insomniac Games themselves. This video covers all the possibilities when it comes to the DLC for Marvel's Spider-Man that is most likely to release in 2024. This includes discussion about:

The Iron Spider for Miles is already at the Family Business Suit Variant. I hope they added Spectacular Suit and Spectacular Black Suit from Spectacular Spider-Man.
yea if you use the family business suit too you can even get some finishers where miles uses the arms too

It would be cool to see venom fight carnage if we end up getting something like you mentioned in the 3rd dlc possibility, but it is unlikely as Harry is in a coma now.
Would be cool if we got a dlc of black cat saving her gf and chameleon was behind it
Wraith wasn’t really a villain though, she was just against peter for one boss fight

All I'm gonna say is, carnage is probably gonna be saved for another game...
I wanna see some of the older skins back, like the big time suit since they do different shaders now (would be great to see red and blue trim effects along with the clssskc green)
7:30 I really feel like she will be the DLC role Miles played to Peter in the first game. Then at the end of the DLC they either
A. Let you play as her.
B. cutscene jumping off a building learning to swing
The only question is how is Cindy going to get her powers? Because she has organic webbing that shoots from her finger tips
@@spiderofsparta785 so in the comics, she is actually bit by the same spider that Peter was bitten by at the exact same place. That particular building is rendered in this game but you cannot access it. It is east of Astoria and lights up purple,and pink at night.
@@andray310wait what they never showed peters origin in the game tho so how u know what building it happened in let alone that it happened to Cindy there too? Did they show it in the comic for the insomniac Spiderman?

Google what building Peter Parker got bit.
Then cross reference those photos with the building in the game. It is totally the same building with rockets outside it and everything, because it is a science building.
In the Cindy moon comic. It is explained that she is bitten by the same spider Peter was right after it bit Peter.

Ie. This is never explicitly stated by the Insomniac devs or the game at anytime but the building is there , we just cannot acccess it. Why put the building there at all tho? 🤔

Miles iron spider suit is in the game it’s a recolor of the family business suite and the legs pop out during some finishers

I feel like a DLC for the Spider-Verse that shows the events leading up to Insomniac Spidey's appearance in Across the Spider-Verse would be really cool, maybe a DLC about meeting Miguel and travelling through worlds with him or something

We really need more symbiote suits. We need the agent venom suit that harry used and I would also love a tasm 2 black suit. Also peter B parker suit.. and the across the spideverse Miguel suit.
I feel like the dlc should focus on carnage and at some point miles gets infected and anti venom Spider-Man has to go save him and they team up to defeat carnage and kill the symbiote. As for Cletus he’ll either be locked up or he will kill himself as he has no use in the 3rd game I also don’t want to see red goblin in the third game unless the venom symbiote still exists and Peter can mix anti venom with venom to defeat him but I would rather just have it be Norman is regular goblin plus ultimate goblin and Harry could maybe be little goblin junior but having Norman be regular goblin and later evolve into ultimate goblin is better than red goblin in my opinion.
I Hope we get to Play as Silk in a DLC

i think that scorn is a perfect symbiote for the dlc or for a second game. first because it is a symbiote that can fuse with tecnology, that would allow for new enemie types based on the mecanical hounds and falcons kraven used.
All I gotta say is. . . . Venom better be playable in future DLC or I will riot!

i have feeling that it going to be second part nd final of symbiote storyline that still need to be done with do to ffact that symbiotes still appear in crimes so it would make sense for dlc to be about carnage

I think the dlc should mainly just be about Miles and a new villain like Chameleon or maybe it links to Martin Li and then in the 3rd chapter we get a Peter Parker Spiderman mission and a carnage/green goblin/Silk post credit

With Cindy being young looking to be around Miles age, they might kill off Hailey assuming they do Carnage as dlc or in the next game.

This game was definitely short imo. 25 hours total full platinum for me Miles Morales took me 27 and the original Spiderman has 127 hours but i did do like 3 run throughs and partially did the dlc

Honestly as a “surprise” they could make a dlc with miles and Cindy and carnage. Explain her stuff and maybe have a peter cameo. Prolly have Tony Todd voice carnage with all the extra voice clips he has
My thoughts exactly. Tony Todd and Nadji Jeter had somewhat confirmed that they were given some voice lines for a Symbiote infected Miles as well but that didn't make in the game. So for the DLC , the way I see it , we might see a brief origin of Cindy and now since Miles is working solo he might come across wraith and get wrapped up with Carnage stuff. He would teach Cindy how to use her spider power before completely indulging into the carnage problem. Then as he manages to defeat Cletus, Carnage might bond with him turning him into Absolute carnage and Miles would lose control. This would be enough for Pete to come out of retirement and even Aaron would come back as Prowler to save Miles. It would be a good team up of wraith, Pete, Prowler and Cindy against absolute carnage

I feel like the dlc should have the villains be Carnage and Knull the god of symbiotes to finish the symbiote storyline. Chameleon could/should be a villain for a second standalone Miles game

Should be a three episode event of Carnage. Doesn’t make sense to drag Symboites into the third game.
My thing is that how will the DLC justify taking back up the mantle so quickly. Sadly it will have to be all Miles orrrrr the DLC takes place before Peters "decision" but even that would be a stretch
He doesn’t have to take the mantle to help out, he never said he was done anyways he just said he’s putting his life first since he been Spider-Man for 10 years he needa get right in life

Those new skins are horrible!! Dare Devil, Silk, Miguel, more Venom and I wouldn't mind if we can play as Scream also. I think Carnage and Chameleon will be the next villains for sure. Wouldn't be surprised if they bring back Black Cat since she's already in the game.

I wonder insomniac was force to put slick in the game by sony. Nothing against the character slick I would thought they would introduced Gwen Stacy that will be around Miles age and later to become spider-woman. Maybe they did plan on bringing Gwen in the game but for some reason sony said no. Given sony track record anything is possible I mean look at the movies like Morbius. Sony is planning making a slick series and this is probably how they would like us to know about slick. Force to or not I'm sure insomniac will make the best of it.
I feel like they are putting a but of focus on silk due to Gwen being some focus before in other medias. Especially with her in the spider verse movies

I don’t really know if carnage will be in the DLC because in Spider-Man PS4 and PS5, Hammerhead was not mentioned at all.
Why would they mention anything about him? It’s been 1.5 years since then and an alien invasion is probably more important to talk about.

He is mentioned mm and Spiderman 2 did you miss that part and in base game of sm1 at the end of black cat cat side quest, in mm it’s mentioned the underground killed the rest of the Majia and stole their weapons there’s and underground base dedicated to that, in sm2 the part where scorpion is killed that building was mentioned to be owned by hammerhead and forced to sell to kraven as highest bidder

On mission 8 *“Bad Guys on the Block”* is where YOU unlock *”Hunter Blinds!”* AND *”Hunters Bases”* and I have completed ALL of the Blinds and Bases and then you will hear Ganke telling either Peter or Miles *(depending on what character you’re playing as)* after you completed all the Blinds and Bases and they literally said that *“Kraven had killed all of his family”* so that’s includes *Chameleon.*
On mission 18 *“Wings On My Own”* is where YOU unlocked *“identified Targets”* and I have completed ALL of the *”Identified Targets”* where you chasing down Hunters drone and there is no way that Chameleon is ALIVE in *“Target Identified”* side mission.
So, it doesn’t matter if Chameleon is standing there or not so, he is ACTUALLY dead!!
Because Kraven died on mission 25 *”Don’t Be Scared”* from Venom / Harry!!
*YA’LL NEED TO PAY ATTENTION TO THE GAME AND STOP REPLYING TO ME AND TELLING ME CHAMELEON IS NOT DEAD!!*
*HE IS ACTUALLY DEAD!!*

I’d love them to bring Gwen into it. With those spider bots side mission included, I’d love to see that Gwen either had been a hidden hero all this time or found her way from her universe to this one and is currently stuck or something sorta setting up a spider Gwen game
Its almost impossible they'll do this as they're already introducing silk.
Am I the only one who isn't excited for Silk? Dont get me wrong, Insomniac could do her character justice, but literally all we have so far is the back of her head. No face, no voice actress, no signs of spider powers. I need a bit more to get hyped.
