Depois há boas canções em Wonderland (algumas ótimas) e Active (apesar desse ter caído um pouco o nível). Depois disso desandou; Above the noise é uma das coisas mais horríveis que eu já ouvi (lembro de ter ficado incrédulo quando baixei no Spotify pela primeira vez; como um grupo tão bom lançou aquilo? 😔😔). Esse último álbum é melhor que Above the noise (até pq pra piorar era difícil), mas tá abaixo do que eles podem entregar ainda.
Enfim, saudades deles apresentando grandes canções como I wanna hold you, Bubblewrap, Unsaid Things...

I met Tom and Gi a couple years ago, and they absolutely are ordinary people, and that’s all I could have possibly wanted.
It was so lovely to meet them, have a bit of a laugh, and then carry on with life knowing that they are the kind of people that will have a laugh with you. They’re ordinary people but they’re also exceptionally lovely people and that’s what really matters
@@dontlookatme3612 I totally agree. Warmth just radiates from Gi when you meet her. She has such a sweet and gentle and kind aura about her it’s hard to even explain. Tom was also so so lovely. He tolerated me for much longer than he needed to, especially since I was quite pissed at the time 😂😂

Played the song, turned up the volume and danced like the happiest kid ever. Alone. In my tiny kitchen. During the lockdown. Letting go of everything. Without a single worry. What a liberating feeling.. for 3 minutes and 36 seconds I felt as happy as I've ever been.

@@caiovinicius7346 as pessoas mudam eles passaram por uma fase de quase separação, estão mais maduros agora, esses são outros tempo, e eu nunca entendi pq os fãs não gostam de above the noite meu único problema desse album foram ter mixado tanto a voz deles mas eu gosto desse album e o active então nem se fala, quem ama mesma essa banda gosta de todas as músicas a gente sabe do que eles são capazes mas há momentos momentos na vida de todo mundo.

Essa música é tão real pra mim. Define tudo na vida. Eu passei a minha vida toda achando que tinha um motivo para eu não ter amigos no colégio, para eu sofrer bullying na escola e para a minha família não gostar muito de mim por ser anti- social e considerada " o crânio da família". E aí eu sempre achei que era por ser especial, por ter um futuro brilhante, pra crescer e fazer grandes coisas. E hoje aqui estou eu sendo uma adulta de 26 anos sem ter feito nada de especial, sendo apenas uma pessoa nada extraordinária. E tem dias que eu me sinto frustada e depressiva como se não tivesse porque viver mais, pois sou tão medíocre. E demorei tanto pra perceber que está tudo bem ser assim. Todo mundo é assim e ninguém é especial. Sempre vai ter alguém mais esperto, bonito, famoso, "crânio " que você. Então no fundo não importa. O que vale é você se sentir bem e ser feliz com o que tem e fazer o bem para as pessoas da melhor forma que conseguir.

At first I wanted to protest so bad, "cuz my mumma always told me" I'm special too :) But the point of the song is don't let people bring you down and say you're nothing. It's about determination, and also about compation and empathy. When you feel good - you're not alone, when you feel bad - you're not alone in that. When you aim high - you're not alone, be humble and just do your thing, it will pay off. Because you in fact are special :)
