The sound must be much better in these then you can get in the things you mentioned. But even if you buy one of these there will be no CD:s to play anymore, so you can´t use it anyway.

If everyone listened to these systems then the market would instantly dry up.

I have a Kenwood Series 21 [Fully Complete of course] that has bluetooth added to it and since it has dolby 5.1 and DTS then it would be classed as a home theatre system and it's 23 years old. Yeah, the younger generation only want Itunes, Spotify and a decent internet connection to listen to their music but have you ever heard the sound these digital devices emit. It's just awful, painful even. Let them keep it and we shall keep ours.
