I buy from Walmart, it’s just Project foam! I think you can also order it as poly foam from Amazon if you can

I’d suggesting finding a model online, “unfolding” the pieces of the body, and making them into templates! I’m not exactly sure how to break the pieces down but I’m abt 99% there’s a way! Best of luck

My cardboard version was def less, but this guy was at least a few hundred. Foam cost and fabric were the biggest expenses!
