Lynx Bus Rides Route 107 (Formerly Rt 4) Downtown Orlando to Florida Mall

Here comes another Lynx Bus Rides for you! This one is for Route 107 also formerly known as Route 4 from Downtown Orlando to the Florida Mall. This is half the route, which should go towards Kissimmee FL, but the half route ends at the Florida Mall. Have you noted some narration at the beginning? NEW UPDATE (11/3/15): Route 4 is no longer active. It is now routes 107 from Lynx Central Station to The Florida Mall. Then, route 108 from The Florida Mall to Kissimmee Sun Rail Station (Due to open 2017?)
UPDATE (2013): LYNX is dividing Route 4 as 2 separate routes. Beginning August 11, 2013. LYNX will only run Route 4 from Kissimmee to the Florida Mall. The old Route 4 Downtown Orlando to Florida Mall has been renumbered as Route 107. Click link for info.

@ThatFloridaDudeJ Link 8 will not have an articulated bus due to the amount of sharp curves on the route. Samething with the 37 route. The 41 route could have it, but you have to think about the airport. The bus is 60 feet long and will likely block other buses from getting out of the airport. Link 102 doesn't really have the ridership for those buses. When the next order of four articulated buses comes one will go to the 4 route and another to the 50. Two will go to the Link 17 route.

This is the last ever video I took of the old Amway Arena. That building was demolished in 2011 to make way for the Creative Village in Downtown Orlando. The Amway Center is a few blocks from the one you see in the video at the beginning.

Great Route having ridden the four I can say the half route should run at all times(at least during the day) cause this bad boy gets overloaded all the time from at least LCS to Holden(connection to the eight).

I should had revised the description box. Route 4 is now routes 107 and 108. 107 runs Lynx Central Station to The Florida Mall. 108 runs The Florida Mall to Kissimmee Sun Rail Station (Due to open in 2017?).

This route is so heavily traveled they are even putting an articulated bus on the 4. When they get more buses they should do the same on the 41 route.

I used to ride that bus. when it changed to 107. I thought I was on the wrong line.lol

I don't even know why the number changing as most routes had been re assigned a 3 digit number, like old route 4 to Kissimmee, which became 107 and 108. Same with old route 39 to Sanford, which now comes as 102 and 103.

Don't forget old route 30 now is 104 and 105 except 30 just stayed to E. Colonial.

Link 30 became 104 E Colonial. Link 105 W.Colonial. Except 30 wasn't an inbound bus. Just 30 Eastbound and 30 Westbound.

Yes. Lynx has an automated system that tells the nearest bus stop and also tells what buses you may transfer to.

I don’t have any old schedules for Lynx But route 30 was an interesting route to ride. UCF to Winter Garden now divided as routes 104 East and 105 West.

the drivers for this route are awful, and should all be fired, or at the very least, re-trained.
