Thanks another superb lecture! They died and their body remains never achieved the respect it deserved.....but that was the price they paid for the DREAM, which brought independence. But, what strikes me more was, after raising this concept to some tigrina about the plan of Agazian, I got some strong defendant for the moslim in Eritrea, which came from Tigrina advocator of 9 biherat. It was sad that majority of the Delayii fethii doesn't really know which direction they are heading. He just said democracy, we have lived with islam for years ..labalab. This really doesn't amaze me, I take it as symptoms of change which requires process, time and conviction. Anyway, I wanted to share with you one comment, this is my own perspective and am not trying to dictate but support you along with your ideas. That is one of the major things that I expect in Hagere Agazian. Let me state my point: During these inception times, I want you to be extremely careful with some of the words or policies or some blunt insults that comes out of your mouse, which sometimes are necessary,. I believe the Agazian that we plan to establish should be done carefully by design, meaning we will bring people of all faculties ranging from intellectuals to farmers who will contribute how we could easily and smartly design our country. i am sure you are not in the business of offending anyone, but some of the ideas that you bring can easily make some people utterly offended. For ex, your comments on d/ft religions, or demolition of Asmara, these are some ideas that require deep understanding and decision making. We may or may not do them in actual facts. Instead, you can give your suggestion on future Agazian, but you can't give definite plan because it will not be inclusive of many people. My argument is not to offend anybody even moslim we r not trying to isolate anyone but convince and show them the right way. The process of teaching and convincing requires patience and well crafted knowledge deliverance. I really want you to stay above the bar, I have learned this theory in my work place. No matter how annoying your employee are, you have the obligation to stay positive and less emotional. Emotions Go Away, but the damage they create lasts longer. For ex, your comments on d/ft religions, or demolition of Asmara, these are some ideas that require deep understanding and decision making. We may or may not do them in actual facts. Instead, you can give your suggestion on future Agazian, but you can't give definite plan because it will not be inclusive of many people. My argument is not to offend anybody even moslim we r not trying to isolate anyone but convince and show them the right way. The process of teaching and convincing requires patience and well crafted knowledge deliverance. I really want you to stay above the bar, I have learned this theory in my work place. No matter how annoying your employee are, you have the obligation to stay positive and less emotional. Emotions Go Away, but the damage they create lasts longer. Am really impressed with the history and eye opening knowledge that you are providing. Keep it up, someday, those who are blinded will see the light as long as you stay lit.
