I would argue Arca is the most atmospheric and creative "electronic" artist of today, at least from what I've been able to find. There's electronic music to turn up to (often bland and samey), and then there is this that takes your mind on a journey to places you would never think it could end up in.

The difficult part is keep things cohesive during the music. Some of Arca's music sound really nice but other i think is just random stuff he put in his album.

I feel like Arca is not unlike a fine wine. If paired nicely with a complimentary tune, it's quite an experience. Arca seems to be a lot of build up, but little release. I find myself listening to something like Gesaffelstein or Lorn after this and it's awesome!
