    Bloody hell. This country is so fucked up in any way. The Norwegian social service can burn in hell!
    My sister was taken away from my mother, because they thought she was a drug addict, which she's not. People have been lying for over 20 years. I'm so mad at them. Is there one thing I know about my mom, is that she is not a drug addict.
    But she's been drinking heavy after they ruined her life. But she's now back on track, thanks to me. And I'm so bloody happy to be 21 years old, so they can't do shit to me.

  • @fflover82
    @fflover82 10 років тому +23

    Everything works very simply.
    If someone saw that your kid was a bit different, for example, doesn't eat norwegian traditional food, has different point of view, is smarter or dumber than ''the normal'', doesn't wear ''normal'' clothes or acts differently than every other blond girl or boy that are afraid to stand out from the crowd, your own kid will be kidnapped and sent to a ''normal'', ''usual'', ''obedient'' family where a youngster will be forced to be exactly the same to the other around.
    Is it bad for a kid that he's different? No, that is awesome.
    Is it bad for the nation? Oh yes, his parents are criminals and they have to be punished so hard that they want to kill themselves.
    How else could government grow their own sheeps?
    And how can someone who looks from a way different perspective decide what's the best for a neighbour's child?
    The problem is with everyone of us, dear people. Even the ''kidnappers'' are human beings but they are being fully controlled by some other people who pay them.
    Everyone can become very easily controlled. So stop for a second and run through your thoughts a bit. Are you a good person? Do your wishes come from your heart or they come from the social need? Is there anyone else who does the thinking job for you..?
    But yes, it's good to live in rich countries such as Norway. But you've just seen the price people are paying everyday. They have to loose themselves and have to fit in - OR ELSE...

    I was born in Norway and lived there For my first eight years of my life. My family is polish, so it's obvious that parents and adults in general like to drink a few beers on a special day. They didn't get horribly drunk because children were around. Yet, there was this one neighbour that reported to the police that there's pathology going on in our house. Which wasn't true. True pathology would happen in the house next us. The husband would slap the wife in the face and do other unacceptable things. We had to move to Poland because of that neighbour who falsely accused my parents of being pathological. It's so frustrating.

      Go investigate children that were placed in foster care and see how many children are molested in foster care. But those stories never make the news. There is video on UA-cam with a 15 yr old placed in foster care . She tried to commit suicide 5 times after being kidnapped she was locked up in a closet by foster parents and when she reported it to social worker they called her a liar and never came to investigate. You are an agent for bv doing damage control for them. But by now the whole world knows your attrocities and crimes against humanity. Go kiss bvs behind cause they are not gonna function like this too long. More and more people are finding out the truth. The children were checked by multiple doctors and in spite of bv doctors X-rays cat scans didn't show any evidence of abuse. If abuse were proven they would have been in jail not allowed to work as nurse in pediatric you low iq person. In any crimes if dna is not proven case is dismissed. With bv breastfeeding became illegal. Children sleeping in same room with parents bc of either disability or Indian custom is illegal. Where the hell do you kidnappers draw the line ? You can defend your independent illegal agency all you want. The proof is in the pudding and by now too much evidence was brought to light against your illegal agency.

    On the mothers facebook she wrote that she got a message from the police saying they were coming. She was told the day before they came, as well as the same day, so this did not come out of nowhere. The mother also lost her other child some years back and after watching her for 6 months they decided it was best to take Ana (the baby) as well. As far as I know, the mother have a history with abusing drugs (not sure if she was when the video was filmed).
    It was not the police who decided to take away the child, as they said if you could understand norwegian - they knew nothing about the case. They were calm and there to prevent any disturbance and harm. Hence why they had to keep the mother away; she was being aggressive, both physical and verbal. If the mother had handled the situation a little better (and I know that is hard, but she knew they were coming), she probably would be allowed to say goodbye. She was also suffering mentally. She wrote several things, including the name and address to the people who looked out for Ana after she was taken, on facebook.
    Barnevernet is not there for the parents, but for the children. And the most ridiculous thing I've read; No, they do not earn money for each child they take away!!! They have a normal paid job, with an hourly wage.
    And traditional families? It does not matter what color, religion or ethnicity. All children is treated equal and they do not choose who they take based on any of that.
    Yes, they do make mistakes, but most of the time they have saved children from what could've ended very badly (have seen a few of those cases as well, and then all of the sudden everyone asks where BV was to prevent that).
    And if you see the ratings of guns and gunshots in Norway and compare them to other countries, I believe we are doing just fine without them.
    Just remember that this is just one side of the case and if we had known every little detail maybe you would see things differently.

      +M. C.N. excellent point. These people whose children are taken away are FUCKED forever. How can they live like that knowing their own children are taken away? The could be taken away temporarily and that is a good reason for them to correct their problems but Barnevernet is giving no options of ever taking their children back. This is barbaric. Who are they to choose for somebody else? Who chooses the foster parents? This is like playing god (im not a believer in that sense...) with poor people's lives. On top of their emotional problems this agency is throwing them in a whole they would never be able to get out from. How human is that?

    • @90Aliba

      +kukuvaldi

      Actually, many children are given back to the parents bc the parents proved that they are better and can take care of the child. Yes, I get that it is traumatic for the parents to loose the child, but it is also traumatic for the children to live with the biological parents when they are in no shape to take care of them. And the mother in this video got a warning 6 months before the child was taken away. She could've done something to prevent it.
      It seems like people are not understanding that BV is first and foremost about children and protecting them. It does not matter how sad and affected the parents are, when the children are abused and/or not taken care of and therefore will be better off in another family. And if the parents are that affected, shouldn't that be a motivation to get better and hopefully get custody of the child later. It is not BV job to help the parents to get rid of their physical or mental problems, but there are lots of other organisations that can.

    I'm a Norwegian and I'm appalled. Barnevernet has been acting like a modern version of Gestapo for way too long already. The fact of the matter is that it's a billion dollar industry in Norway, where private profiteers are able to enrich themselves with the blessings of government officials. How so.? Because if a family or single mother faces hardships, it's considered an expense to the local social services if they were to render any support. If, on the other hand, the children are removed from the parents, social services will receive $$$$$ from the federal government. One can only speculate as to the extent of it, but I tend to believe that quite a few people up the food-chain, have their hands deeply planted in the honey jar here.

    In Norway there are clear guidelines for when and if childcare can remove the parent's custody of their children. Psychologists, social workers and doctors are helping in evaluating each and every case. And the general rule is always the biological principle, that the child should grow up with their biological parents. If living with their parents severly hampers the future life and development of the child (if the parents have psychological disorders, drug-abuse etc. then the law is quite clear; the child must be removed to secure it's own future. Understandable this is seen as outrageous in some countries (especially in orthodox/catholic countries, where removing children from their families are something you almost never hear of). Sadly this is necessary in some cases, and though it may seem heartless to a lot of you, think about this; would you wish for any child to live in a household where they might be the subject of abuse, or witnessing drug-abusing parents? Not saying that this is the case here in the vid, but Norwegian ChildCare never take such cases lightly, and the bar for child removal is still quite high.

    • @heinrichlarsen7997
      @heinrichlarsen7997 8 років тому +4

      It's a matter of what point of view you have. I have two cousins who have had a child removed because they were simply unfit to be parents. That's not the excuse CPS had of course, but they did several evaluations and interviews before making their decision. The evaluations took almost a year. These things are never taken lightly, and in both cases here they offered classes for how they could be better parents. 1 of them showd up at these classes and the other just did not care. In any case, they were both seen as a "danger" to the children's development and security. The entire familiy (mine included) agreed to the decision, except my cousins of course. I know a psychologist who works closely with CPS in my current hometown (Bergen) and he tells me of extremely strict but firm rules for child removal. The statistics may be high in Norway compared to other countries, but most of the population and the government sees this as necessary! And you can say a lot of orthodox and catholic countries, but child abuse/domestic abuse is way more prominent there than in for example Norway, Denmark and Iceland. Sweden and Finland is really bad though, as is France and England. But countries such as Romania, Lithuania and Slovakia have plenty of issues as well. In fact on average, eastern-european countries score lower than European countries. Just because the demands of Norwegian CPS is higher than most countries, that does not mean Norway should lower theirs.

      +popapopas Its funny reading all your comments when you're talking against your own arguments.
      "Maybe they do the right things with Norwegian families, and they protect those children who really need protection. But they just commit abuse with immigrants."
      And a few comments down you write;
      "... what is happening is not identifying children who need protecting, it is about identifying children who can be easily adopted.
      The little girl in this movie is while, beautiful, very young to be not attached to her biological mother. She is perfect from all these points of view."
      Make up your mind.

      +popapopas First of all, it's not the oil itself that have made our welfare. It's how we've managed it.
      You still talk about the Bodnarius case like you know every detail. Though you have been proven wrong several times. At first you totally ignored the fact that the father did hit his children. How many children he and the mother got, is absolutely non-relevant. Stop pointing that out as it means anything.
      "It appears that human rights are followed depending on the nationality of humans in Norway, which is wrong..."
      False accusation coming from an obviously troubled mind.
      "I think Norway destroys the definition of "father" and "mother". There, children belong to the Mighty State."
      Most of the fathers and mothers of modern Europe will disagree. Due to why mostly only eastern-Europeans are the ones who struggle with their parentage in Norway. Though of course, not all of you are primitive savages. Luckily. There are a lot eastern-Europeans living happily ever after too, as they manage to adopt to the modern ways.
      You shouldn't come here pointing nose, when Romania is what it is. Treating their weakest in the society as trash, so they have to come to the more wealthier countries in Europe to beg for money.
      Focus on fixing your own country first.

      I wont comment on the case in this video simply because I know nothing about it. The entire "you are a satanist, CPS are satanists"-argument just proves to me how little sense it really is for me to write this answer back to you. CPS does make mistakes in certain cases, there's no denying that. But all-over and in general, people in Norway think they do a good job and that their standards are necessary. Like I wrote before; CPS will go to great lenghts in most cases to make sure the child can stay with their parents, but if they think the child is worse off living with their parents, vs. being transfered to a foster family, then the court will evaluate the case (carefully) and decide if the parents should lose custody. Yes we have strict rules here, but like I said, all-over and in general people here in Norway think they do a good job.

    I did not make any claim about Barnevarnet, I made a claim or rather hypothesized that taking the children away from parents might cause PTSD in parents and in children. Also, such an abrupt breakage of the family might cause separation anxiety syndrome. If you do not think it is heart wrenching for the parents just watch this video... Though, obviously I agree that if these particular parents were abusive towards their children, the BV should intervene.
    But do not tell me that it does not do anything to the children and parents.
    Now, another hypothesis for you:
    What if the BV was wrong and these parents were not abusing there children? (We of course cannot know this from this movie)
    How much harm was done then? Please answer. It is not a difficult question.

    First i must say, it is a heartbraking scene that is shown in this video, with the family so upset. But it dosent show the whole story. There is always a reasone why the social services gets involved. An the goal is always to protect the child.
    i have read alot of the international press about barnevernet. Really, it is to protect the childen for dangerious enviroments, like parents who use drugs or alcohol. Or if it is discorvered that the child might be abused or beaten. It is illiegal to beat you child in norway.. Alot of foreigners complaining about barnevernet does not seem to know this.
    I have grown up with two fostersiblings who where taken out of their families. One was sexually abused by her father and the other was really neglected by his family, and they where both happy to be in a safe family.. we also had contact with alot of kids in fostercare, none of theese kids where taken away without a good cause. Barnevernet is here to protect the childrens rights. Not the parents. Many kids have contact with their parents, after they are moved to fostercare.. I had a friend who gave birth at 15, her son was taken by Barnevernet because she could not care for him, and her family wasent that great. But when she got older, and was able to properly care for the kid, she got him back..
    The cases i have seen in international media about kids beeing "kidnapped" where actually kids who where mistreated by their family. beaten.. And there is always paperwork, vitnesses and investigations before a child is removed. Like reports from doctors, the kindergarten or school.
    The grandmother in this video says that they have know for half a year that Ana (the baby) was to be removed from their home. And she is upset about not having the weekend with her before she was removed, not that she is shocked they came, just that they came a cuple of days earlier then expected...
    Really the text to this video is almot hillerious to someone like me who have grown up with kids from barnevernet. Have the OP been to norway???
    -government wants to remove 100% of kids from therir bilogical family.. that is totall Bullshiiit! Those who are removed, are kids from troubled homes, who have been monitored for a long time.. Not kids from stable families.
    -norwegian mafia? Wow... where did you hear that it exista an norwegian mafia that sells kids? if there is a mafia in norway it is foreingers organizing and selling drugs. Kids removed like this are placed into fostercare..
    btw.Of my two fostersiblings, one was a ethnic norwegian girl, the other a somali boy. since all of u are saying that this matters.. And yes fostercare homes are payed, so they can properly support the child. I grew up with working, well ecucated parents. To become a fostercare home, you are evalued carefully. Noone does it just to earn money.
    Get your facts straight people..

      +popapopas Norwegiean pupils sing Christian songs every christmas, so what the Bodnariu family tells the Romanian media or whatever, clearly that's a lie. Even our king is Christian. I don't understand why Romanians trust the Bodnariu family so much as it seems. They clearly lie about the reasons their kids were taken away.
      You are talking to a Norwegian, with her full name, whom have had a very close experience with both foster children and Barnevernet. She's seen how it works, and she doesn't profit anything by telling you what she just did. And you don't believe her, but you do belive the family that has gotten their kids taken, that will profit everything by lying.
      Where is the logic?
      Why do you believe foreigners, that don't read Norwegian, that don't understand the language, that don't know our laws etc.?
      If you'd really care, and wished to express yourself on an higher intellectual level. Learn the language and learn what Barnevernet actually is. Don't just make conspiracy theories based on one family, and videos like this - only published for sympathy. Do you really know that the father(or the mother) haven't sexually abused his children, or do you think that's okay to do?

    • @kommentren9600
      @kommentren9600 8 років тому

      Who is it well known amongst? Only primitive countries like Estonia, Romania, Russia and etc. Where the family is "holy", and you can do whatever you want within your house, abuse and violence involved.
      Strange that there are so little noise about Barnevernet in more civilized, modern western countries?
      I am sure that the Bodnarius family lie because of what you tell me. It doesn't make sense. Christianity is not a valid reason, there must be something they don't tell you. And why would the family tell eveybody that they abuse their children? They would never get any sympathy then? Or do you sympathy with abusers?
      If what you claim were the only reason, it would have been all over the news here, and the family would have had an extremely good case in court. Read our laws, and you'll see.

  • @Nadjana1

    I see a whole lot of Norwegians on these videos defending Barnevernet. I am a Norwegian too, and even though I will say some of these statements made towards Norwegians in general and Barnevernet are made up and hurting your own cause, I will not say "they only take children if there's a good reason", because it is simply not true. I still have my son, so this is not "I hate for them taking my child", but I've met the system and it's corrupt, deceitful and horrible. I used to believe as most Norwegians do, "no smoke without fire", "there is no reason for them to just do this, so why would they?" or "you only get the parents side of the story, so of course they are lying to get their kids back, and BV can't defend themselves".
    Well there can be smoke without fire, a misunderstood situation, a vindictive neighbour, a suspicious bruise ect. You know how they encourage to report for the slightest suspicion. There has been one tragic recent case where no one reported, many that was reported rightly, and many that was reported wrongly.
    So next one. Why would they? Well many people working in Barnevernet does so because they want to save children from their own past. What do you think they see? Do you think they meet parents with open eyes, look at them as humans and want to genuinely look at the family dynamic, or do you think they look for flaws, and ghosts from their own pasts at every turn? What about those who have worked there very long, who've seen too many cases where they were desperately needed. Do those people still meet new parents with an open mind or a cynical mind? How about people who like power, you know they exist in the police force, they also exists here, "do what I tell you, crawl and beg, or feel the power I have over you".
    The last one, you can not really do much about, confidentiality is a real thing.
    But, why is there no control organ who ensures that they are doing a proper job? There is in the police to avoid misuse of the power they posses. Barnevernet also possess a lot of power, and the individual case worker will never be in danger of being held accountable for the mistakes he or she makes.
    Why are the conversations not recorded on tape? Why is there no need for evidence in the reports they write? Why can an individual case worker write whatever she/he likes in the report, and no one except the parent will question it? And the parent "will of course lie, because she/he wants to keep the child", right?
    Why did Norway not sign the Hague convention, or UN's children's right convention?
    Why has Norway lost so many cases concerning Barnevernet in the European court of human rights, and then ignored the rulings?
    When severe cases of misconduct of an employee is revealed, why is that person not held accountable?
    Why do case workers give parents diagnosis and write them as facts in their reports without having a doctor examine the parent for said diagnosis?
    When a child is acting out, it is blamed on the biological parent, when the same child acts out even worse in foster care or an institution, it's because he/she is a problem child.
    Why do institutions get to treat children like criminals, put them in isolation and violate their basic human rights?
    Why are foster care families allowed to chose a preference about sex and age of the child they want in to their care? And if abuse is reported by the child, it is ignored in the foster family, because by the time the child is in foster care it's no longer a mistreated child, but a problem child? Why are siblings split apart?
    Why are close family almost never considered as a foster family?
    Why did they find that Barnevernet broke the Norwegian law in 87 of the 90 offices they examined?
    I could go on, but unless you actually care to open your eyes about the problem we do have in Norway with our child "protection" service, you probably stopped reading a long time ago, because it's just some more propaganda right? If not, feel free to check up on these facts. Something is very VERY wrong in our system, and it's allowable by one of the best thing about our country, our trusting nature.

      You're simply asuming I don't know anyone who has been taken either. I know both people who have worked at barnervernet, and people who have been taken by it. I'm not as oblivious as you might think. Especially considering I am actually LIVING in Norway. And where was it ever implied that the child were taken because of their traditional practises? People have the right to know, if not, they are allowed to take legal actions against the organisation. If barnevernet aren't offering them a good reason as to why they will take their children from them, then they are allowed to sue them, simple as that.
      Children who are taken will also not forever be separated from their parents. They are allowed to visit their parents. Some even allowed to sleep over with them. If the parents truly change their way, then they might get a second chance at raising their children.
      And since you mention that you're Russian, perhaps I should make you aware that Russia is trowing propaganda at multiple scandinavian countries? One of their main focus is barnevernet. What you are told isn't true. We Norwegians aren't suffering from this organisation. The only one who has to worry are abusive parents, and if the children are taken despite the parents not being abusive, they have their full right to do as stated above, take legal actions. Barnevernet aren't allowed to kidnap children. Its among our law that they are allowed to take children that are being abused away from their parents and give them a new and better home. You also don't have to act like a fucking prick. That won't win you the argument. That also doesn't make me more convinced that you should be having children.

I am a teacher myself for 25 years and I can tell you, if this happenned in my country or to me, the barnevernet bastards would not get near my child -) Sometimes I feel I understand (though do not approve!!!) Seriously, watching first two minutes made me sick and worried, some really disturbing moments shown there. However, people calling Norway a nazi or Gestapo country seemed to me having gone a bit overboard. But the more I dig into Barnevernet cases the more I incline to agree with this statement. You, Norway people, should stand against such acting and demand the truth. The fact that this is not a rare case plus following the Czech case I am now sure that there is something fishy about it. Read the open letter of the boys` mum`s dad to the Norwegian embassy - a truly horrific reading. Foster care is a progressive industry in Norway. It is big bussines supplied by state subsidies.
      There are even lower demands to the fosters than to parents. So childern removed from fair good parents can be placed to fosters unless they are convicted in the last 3 years, even if their own childern have been removed from them. Many poor people in the remote regions with high unemployment accepts this job as income opportunity.
      This is simply fact.

      Michalák case[edit]
      In May 2011, the two sons of of Eva Michaláková and husband who originate from the Czech republic were removed by the Child Welfare Services due to suspicion of child sexual abuse by the father; allegations denied by the couple.[10] Michaláková has since divorced her husband and continues to reside in Norway.
      Michaláková continues to pursue custody of her children through various channels, including the European Court of Human Rights where her complaint was rejected without prejudice for non-exhaustion of domestic remedies.[11] The case has been discussed by Miloš Zeman president of the Czech republic,
      "So as you can see,she divorced her husband,cos he was the one acused of abusing kids,why otherwise she would do that,as they said,she thought it will help her get her kids back faster. "

    +Christopher Storvik In Czech Republic we have 40 years experience with communistic/socialistic totalitarian regime. We know how freedom can easily be lost and that freedom is much more important than so called "welfare" and order. It is scary for us to see how western Europe and specially Scandinavia is happily heading toward totality. Scandinavian christiano/communistic model is based on the presumption that their citizens are so inapt, incompetent and stupid that they are unable to care for their lives themselves. That they need strong supervision form state institutions. The people gradually find themselves controlled by uncontrollable bureocrats, they become a homogenized mass of sheeps which are only allowed to happily consume, defecate and pay taxes.
    I am so happy to live in Czech Republic.
    We can freely bring up own children. Our children belong to parents, not to the state. We can tell them full truth, that grandma is sick, that they will die one day, that money must hardly be earned, that world can be dangerous. We let them play with fire, experience the world. In short: we let them know the world as it is which we believe makes them self-reliant independant people imune to indoctrination.
    We can criticize and controll our bureocrats, eventually send them to jail. We want our bureocrats to be a technical support to people, not the other way around.
    We can freely speak. We can loudly say that god does not exist and communists are criminals.
    We can freely drink alcohol because we know what alcohol is and what it can do to us. We decide. It is our own responsibility to drink reasonably. Offcourse, If you missbehave you are punished. If somebody is an idiot it is his own decision and responsibility, eventually he is eliminated from the gene pool by natural selection.
    We do not have to worry what other people think about us. We are not under constant surveilance of neighbours, teachers, doctors.
    We asscociate with other people only if we want to. Not from fear of being ostraciczed by the society. This creates strong relationships, not a herd of sheeps.
    Christiano-socialism is European cancer. It takes power and responsibility from peoole to a narrow group of ideologists. It is actualy very simmilar to islam by its desire to control every aspect of peoples lives. This ultimately leads to orwelian/sharia totality. We know it because we have had it. So my dear inteligent norweigan guy, if you can take this lesson from a retarded slavonic guy you still have a chance to make the world a better place :-)

    The local Norwegian child protective cervices engages psychologists who basically have the cpc as a main income source, on a 'case by case' basis; psychologists whom the cpc refers to as "independent specialists" but who are nothing of the sort. No such psychologist says yes when asked to represent a private Norwegian citizen to assess their case, naturally because they know they would not be called upon by the cpc to represent them next time around. INDIVIDUAL cpc-office-workers CULTIVATE their 'relations' with these psychologists - who most often are nothing but MASTER-DEGREE graduates carrying the title "Psychologist", and the latter goes for the so-called "Socionomes" (sosionomer) too - family relation 'specialists'!!! This is a factual description about Norway. It is full of UNDER-EDUCATED, dangerously incompetent abusers of power, with no central government to control the local abusers of power. The central government has no control other than macro-economically, the real control of every individual is in the hands of the LOCAL office-workers whom the law give full freedom of INTERPRETATION of the law and the 'officially transmitted general guidelines' (which only stipulates general ideas). And these local education-less individuals do indeed make a MOCKERY of social administration.

    "Marius Bodnariu is not allowed to see neither his two sons, nor his two daughters. He can only see the baby. But in reality,he is given no time with his baby.
    Only Ruth is allowed to see her sons, but neither she is allowed to see her daughters.
    And her time with her sons, is limited to only a few hours per month, and under strict public surveilance
    The eldest daughter has written a letter, where she clearly expresses that she misses both her parents and her siblings. As well as the rest of her family.
    The siblings are split in three different foster homes.
    And they live on secret adresses. Not even the Romanian government knows where they are.
    The letter from the daughter, was tried to be kept secret by the public officials,and was not presented when the case was dealt with in the County Board.
    I have only have one way to express this:

    THE BABYBANK of NORWAY
    In Norway there is a real BABYBANK named Småbarnsbanken. This bank is owned by the state and administrated by the CPS. It works almost like an ordinary bank. But instead of using money as capital , this bank use babies from 0-2 years of age.
    The CPS receive their capital of babies, by legally kidnapping them, mainly from poor pregnant single moms. Then the CPS place the babies into an account in the BABYBANK. After the cases has been trough court, the CPS give the babies to other people who want to adopt them. The interests for the biological parents are close to zero prosent. If the biological parents accept the adoption of their beloved child,the CPS sometimes let them see their child once or twice a year.If they do not accept adoption the parents are not allowed to see their child.And the capital- the child-just like money in a bankaccount-are of course not asked about; who should be its legal owner or how would it like to be spent. A Romanian immigrant to Norway had her child taken from her because he sang Christian song in school, which "means that he was facing Christian indoctrination"WTF?

      Graiovski Tek because Norway is atheistic government and think religion is child abuse and they justify to take kids from religious parent. Does answers your question ?

      I am sorry, but I believe this to be bullshit, because this is clearly against the fucking law that dictates when and why a child care might be taken over by the state. (§4-12 bvl.)

    It is just a hypothetical situation and it is apparent to everyone who reads your comments that it is you who does not care about a welfare of the child. Let me explain to you one more time because maybe you do not comprehend English well enough.
    1. PTSD- Post traumatic stress disorder
    a)someone who undergoes extreme stress such as parent-child separation can become sick even though they have never been sick before
    b) It goes both ways child can become sick too
    c) if you do not believe that a child can get sick from a separation enxiety you should read about the "glass girl" from Norway who was taken from her mother
    d) we have nothing to discuss further if you do not know what PTSD and separation anxiety are

      +Andrew Labudzki I know what that is. I do read papers.
      The reason a child get separated from its parents is to prevent damage on the child. Either physically or mentally. Not the opposite. You don't know anything.

    • @alabudzki74
      @alabudzki74 8 років тому +1

      +Kommentøren You should not "read papers", you should read peer-reviewed-articles to understand what I said, but this requires an academic level of English. ;)

    • @kommentren9600
      @kommentren9600 8 років тому

      Andrew Labudzki Your academic level of English doesn't make you right. And the fact that you only choose to argument on my English level(which is undeniable understandable), shows that you don't really have any relevant argument.
      And because what you claim about Barnevernet aren't anywhere close to reality, I doubt you have read any real peer-reviewed-articles in this matter.

    • @alabudzki74
      @alabudzki74 8 років тому +1

      +Kommentøren Unfortunately, the language is clearly a barrier here, because I did not make any claims about Barnevarnet. Everything I said was just hypothetical, to make you think, but it is impossible. Thinking has a colossal future for you. It was great talking to you, you should definitely look at the possibilities though.

    • @kommentren9600
      @kommentren9600 8 років тому

      +Andrew Labudzki Bullshit. If there is any language barrier, it's because you don't understand Norwegian and aren't able to get an understanding of what Barnevernet really is and how they work.
      As I said, you don't know anything and your hypothesis isn't anything else than fantasy and exaggeration.
      A claim is pretty the same as a hypothesis… HAHAHA. Academic English my ass. Get a grip, dude.
