I had the pleasure of playing on andres segovia’s 1931 hauser 1 which was the prototype to his 1937 guitar sitting in the museum. It’s amazing how different Ramirez and hauser guitars are. I know segovia played a Ramirez early on in his life. Even a fleta and Torres. It’s amazing how historical these guitars are :)

I have the exact same guitar. I love it, even if it's quite hard to play, it produces a great "traditional" sound and has its own strong personality. To me, most doubletops or lattice guitars I've tried sound like plastic toys in comparison (my personal taste. Apologies to those other guitars lovers, maybe I just haven't tried the best ones). I wonder how much it's worth (just curious). Does someone know? Thanks!
