But 31 cant be divided by 2.
Also 3+2=5, but 32 is divided by 2.
Brother He has mentioned that rule only for 3 and not for 2
Example -
12 (1+2=3) 3/3 =1
15(1+5=6) 6/3=2
18(1+8=9) 9/3=3
261(2+6+1)9/3=3
