Hi. I love your videos. I’ve learned a lot. I retired from our state government with 39 years of clerical and administrative work. I wanted to do something totally different. I grew up around heavy equipment. I started a dump truck company with a used 5 yard Chevy C4500 dump truck I’m not looking to increase the company size or get a larger truck. My business plan is to focus on small load deliveries. I am in western Washington and struggling with how much to charge customers per load. I’ve determined the truck cost, wages and profit. I would really appreciate any insight or suggestions you have since you know what the local market will accept.
