Few points:
1-LIC is not working on great training system
Now It should be top priority on each level like
Beginners,Old, Average,Top Advisors regresly
2-Unwanted,Unprofessional became trainers
Must have some awareness to this system
Whom to join or not,till lic do it full fledgedly
3-More SBA,DO, Advisors,CLIA,with more of
Penetrating skills & tech support systems
God bless this pious chain with top success
Yes. People who have never sold a Single Policy themselves, are training LIC agents on How to sell Policies. Ditto with Dev Officer Cadre. Many trainers who have never recruited Single agent, are imparting training on How to recruit agent.

क्या आप भी इसी चक्रव्यूह में फसे है ? ऐसे लोगों से पालिसी बेचने का या agents recruit करने का ट्रेनिंग ले रहे हों, जिन्होंने ख़ुद यह काम कभी नही किया है ?
If we don’t implement the Learnings of this interview, I am afraid we as Community of DOs will slip down further and it will also adversely impact Agents Community.
