Hello there. First of all, thank you very much. I'm happy that you liked it. First I make a 3D drawing of every tool I make. I take the exact measurements of the saw in my hand. After that I place it in the 3D drawing and look for any rubbing or bumps. Honestly, my job gets easier after that. which screws do you use to fix the 8mm laminate on the mdf top? I'd like to replicate your project thank you I hope for your reply thank you very much
Hello. As far as I understand, you are asking about the screws that I fixed the white MDF boards to the 18mm raw MDF board. These screws are 3.5x25mm wood screws. However, the screws need to be shortened by 2mm from the ends. Because it is possible for the coating to blister. You can easily do the shortening with a side cutter or pliers. You'd better fix it with double-sided tape like I did before screwing it on. you already know that you can find the project plan in the description section.

Bonjour.

Hello Murat , many thanks for this video . I have a question for You , could I implement router and Jigsaw into this table ointo the right side with your measures / size of the table ?

Hello. Firstly, thank you. I thought of installing a router on the right side. But in this case, the router does not enter the crate section. If the table is extended from the right and left and the chest section is extended according to these dimensions, both can be.

Thank you so much. I have errors in security. I know this and I'm trying to be more careful now. Thank you again for your nice comment.
I am building a table saw based on your design. I examined the PDF document carefully, but could not find what is the thickness (or depth) of the wood piece 1, the plywood that is used as table top. I assume that is 18 or 20 mm, but I would like to know for sure. It is a really good design, and I specially like that it does not require to drill the circular saw shoe, so the tool is removable. Thanks for sharing!
First of all, thank you very much and I apologize for getting back to you late. Part number 1 is designed to have a thickness of 18mm.
No problem, and thanks for confirming the thickness. I live in Canada and we use imperial system, so will use plywood that is 0.75 inch (~ 19mm). Cheers!

Hello. Of course it would be better if it was metal. However, it can be a bit difficult to DIY metal work and if welding is required, Miter welding can be a bit of a challenge. Thank you for your interest. I screwed piece 1 (18mm MDF) to pieces 2, 3 and 4 (8mm coated MDF) from the bottom. I chose this method so that the screws are not visible and there is no indentation on the top and it looks visually beautiful. I also applied this method in my jigsaw video.

I used a lot of screws to make it solid. The upper parts both form the upper surface and act as a rail for the slides. Therefore, the number of screws had to be more.
My friend.. This is a stunning job u have made of this homemade Table saw. I was thinking for a long time of rebuilding my cheap 1500W table saw bcos the top is so uneven and I cannot use my top of the line Mitre gauge bcos the slots are too small. I'm struggling to work out how to table the blade housing out of the old saw and attach it to a wooden cabinet I'm trying to build. I guess I will need to get some pencil and paper out and start to design how I'm going to rebuild the whole saw. I also want to have seperate wheels to bring the blade up and down and another wheel for the different angles. That's another thing I'm struggling with atm too.. LMAO.,. I know I will work it out eventually bcos It either I work this out or I will end up having to pay out 2-3 Grand for a Cast Iron table saw and that's money I cannot afford to be spending right now so I better get my brain in gear like u did with this brilliant saw u made here my bro.. I'm so impressed with how u thought this whole thing out and then how u built it. Big up to u my bro and keep up the brilliant workmanship. I can only hope to be as good as u one day soon. How long have u been woodworking man?? Hope u don't mind me asking u a couple of questions if u have the time to answetr them..

Hello. Firstly, thank you. My main profession is Electronics. But I love working with wood. I do it myself because I don't want to spend big bucks. However, there is no mechanism for the elevation adjustment and angle adjustment you mentioned in the bench saw I made. I'm thinking of making a table saw as you said. I'm thinking of using a more powerful and quiet running treadmill motor for this. I've used this motor before on a drill stand and sanding station. I draw 3D first and then bring it to life. I will do the elevation and angle adjustment you mentioned electronically. For now my current table saw does the job, but for deeper cuts I need a motor to fit a larger saw. You can ask me any questions you want. I try to answer as best I can.

Then using these tools to complete other tools and then building wooden items and decorative items. Remember that you can find the measurements in all my videos. have a nice day
I will now be rebuilding my old homemade table for the saw. I would like to seek your advise on: The Kurf of my blade is 2mm. Cutting 6, 10,12mm wide Dado is tedious. Can we mount a Wall Chaser underneath the table and use it for cutting shallow depth of Dado. Wall Chaser with multiple blades (Diamond Cut) with width capacity upto 30mm. Is this a good idea. Or this will be too risky. Only for upto 12mm deep grooves. Please. Mr. Murat.
Hello. You can do this if the appropriate equipment is available. The shaft attached to the saw must be suitable for doing this and the power must be sufficient. In other words, if the saw engine power is low, there may be difficulty in wide cutting.

Hello. You can use marine plywood. I used plywood where it matters. I preferred MDF elsewhere. If the thickness is the same, you can make it by following the measurements without any problems.
can you please explain how did you made this 45-degree saw part because in video you only showed us the 9o degree part .

which screws do you use to fix the 8mm laminate on the mdf top? I'd like to replicate your project thank you I hope for your reply thank you very much

Hello. As far as I understand, you are asking about the screws that I fixed the white MDF boards to the 18mm raw MDF board. These screws are 3.5x25mm wood screws. However, the screws need to be shortened by 2mm from the ends. Because it is possible for the coating to blister. You can easily do the shortening with a side cutter or pliers. You'd better fix it with double-sided tape like I did before screwing it on. you already know that you can find the project plan in the description section.

Hola.
very very extraordinary...very simple and luxurious
Thank you very much. I'm glad you liked it. You can find the measurement document in the description section.
Rip safety😢
You are right about this. Thank you for your attention
good work. Nice to watch.
Thank you very much. You can find PDF plans in the description of my videos.
Very good job guy👍💪
Thank you very much. I'm glad you like it. I would like to remind you that you can find PDF plans in all my videos in the description section. Greetings from Turkey 👍
Meja tabel saw yg saya suka.....keliyatan rapi, simpel, minimalis apalagi ada kombinasi lapisan putih jadi tambah jooos 👍👍
Terima kasih.
Buen video y buen trabajo.
Muchas gracias .
Un saluto, iscritto e Like Giovanni.
Grazie molte. Sono così felice che ti sia piaciuto.
Very very smart man.. 👍
Thank you so much. i am glad you like it...
Very very nice and perfect
Thank you. Glad you like it...
Hello Murat ,
many thanks for this video .
@
Many thanks again
👍
Hi Murat Guney,
Via Google translation.
Thank you for your comment and nice drawing.
I want to make a small saw table, but the way you do it, I can't.
I saw the you Video on UA-cam, You have all the machines and You are really good.
I saw all the drawing
Thanks for the file.
Salam, Rashid.
Thank you Mr. Rashied. I also tried to make the tools myself mostly. If you can cut the necessary plates by giving the dimensions, maybe you can do the assembly work.
I learned a lot of really cool things. Thanks mate. I can see you make a bunch of your own tools! Amazing how you don’t have to talk and everyone understands. The only thing that scared me was the fact that your fingers were so close to that blade! You very good with your hands, please don’t damage them.
Cheers!
Приветствую... drive.google.com/file/d/1cBRuuUkjt8OqUqxMRvjej9WvKEBLQ4Hx/view
He descubierto su canal y me he suscrito..... simplemente increíble
Estoy muy feliz con eso. Gracias 👍
Mantap. . . salam dari Indonesia brother
Terima kasih. Aku senang kau menyukainya
Just what I was looking for.
I'm glad you like it. You can find the measurements in the description section of all videos.
Great job. I will try to make a table like yours. Many compliments
Thank you so much for watching and liking. I gave the Table saw dimensions. If you use these dimensions, you will be very comfortable. I also recommend you to watch the tool videos I made for this table saw. Please write if you need help. have a nice day.
Brilliant, must have a go. Steve
Thank you
Tolle Arbeit! Vielen Dank für dieses Video. Grüße aus Deutschland, Robert
Ich danke dir sehr. Ich freu mich, dass es dir gefällt. Sie können die Abmessungen herunterladen. Grüße aus der Türkei
Amazing build like all of your homemade main tools. You are very skilled and talented I wish I could show you my table saw +router cheap upgrade but until then brother use push sticks when you need to get near that blade. All the best for you
Thank you very much for your nice comment. I'm glad you like my projects. You are so right about the push sticks. I'm definitely using it now. Thank you again for your interest. Greetings from Turkey 👍
I enjoyed watching your work, very neat
Thank you so much. I'm glad you like it. You can find the measurements in the description section of all my videos.
Buen Trabajo, cuidadosamente elaborado inclusive los detalles. Saludos
Muchas gracias. Saludos desde Turquía
Excellent project, I would like to know how you make the saw switch or what materials did you use? I hope you read me, thank you
Hello. Sorry for the late return. I adjust the height of the saw by opening the brown cover on the top. So there is no mechanism. When I need to adjust the saw angle, I do so by opening the upper compartment, which opens in the shape of a chest lid.
Thanks for sharing plans my friend, you have my respect
Thank you too. Note that you can find PDF plans in all my videos 👍
@ Yes i know , and that's why you have ALL my respect and your channel became one of my few favorites. Note that your works are absolutely helpful and amazing. Thank you so much
👍
Excelente.

Muchas gracias. Me alegro de que te guste. Saludos de Turquía a Perú
Creative in your work and accurate in sizes Thank you for the great work
Thank you too. You know you can find PDF plans in all my videos 👍
Good job 👌👍
Thank you so much
@ 🙏🤝
👍
Bravo! Very good job! And finally a video without that stupid background music...
Thank you. I'm glad you like it. I have made many auxiliary tools to be used in this table saw. If you haven't watched those videos, I suggest you do.
Need a table saw you say, no problem just build your own. No need to spend thousands on a saw stop . And while your at it go ahead and throw together a drill press bandsaw and stationary disc sander .👍😉
Hello. I've done almost all of these. I posted a video with the dimensions. I will soon implement my bandsaw project. In addition, I need equipment such as a router table and a scroll saw and I will try to make them myself. Right now, I'm dealing with organizing my workshop. That's why I couldn't post the video. Thank you for your attention
@ !
Great video!
Thank you. The dimensions are in the description section. I also recommend you to watch the videos of the auxiliary tools I made for this table saw.
Great work, which is better, the table made of wood or iron
Hello. Of course it would be better if it was metal. However, it can be a bit difficult to DIY metal work and if welding is required, Miter welding can be a bit of a challenge. I have been using it very effectively for 2 years. I am really pleased. However, I am thinking of making a table saw with a metal frame and an electrically adjustable saw height.
@ I wish you the best of luck and success
Thank you very much 👍
Good job brathers
Thank you so much... 👍
Master Class teacher
Thank you very much. You do know that you can find the PDF plans in the description, right?
I take the hoodie strings off my sweater and my wife got madd because she thought i was destroying it . Until i told her it was because i was scared of them getting cought on any saw or spinning powered tool , all of them 👍 Great Video by the way . I need to custom make my self a table saw thanks for the tips
Realizing my mistake, I took off the ropes of the hoodies. Thank you for your attention
good job, mate !
Thank you. I also recommend you to watch the videos of the auxiliary tools I made for this table saw.
Awasome work sir
Thank you so much 👍
Absolutely brilliant! This is the one to make.... I wonder if there is a way to incorporate some sort of riving knife.... all the kickback stories have me spooked
Hello. Firstly, thank you. It would be much better if it was a cleaver. I would like to remind you that you can find the PDF plans in the description section 👍
Thank you good job 👍
Thank you too. Plan is in description section of video.
Thank you for the dimensions! I have a question on the zero tolerance insert. Do you screw it down from the top and keep it flush with the surface or from the bottom?
Hello. Thank you too. However, I did not fully understand your question. Can you elaborate a little more?
@ he is talking about the dark piece of wood that you insert and cut with saw
did you screw the wooden plate from top or bottom on nothing?
magnets would be cool
i think he used 2 --- screws, you can barely see by the end of the video
Thank you for your interest. I screwed piece 1 (18mm MDF) to pieces 2, 3 and 4 (8mm coated MDF) from the bottom. I chose this method so that the screws are not visible and there is no indentation on the top and it looks visually beautiful. I also applied this method in my jigsaw video.
I used a lot of screws to make it solid. The upper parts both form the upper surface and act as a rail for the slides. Therefore, the number of screws had to be more.
Excelente!!!!
Saludos desde Argentina
Good job!!!!
Thank you so much 👍
Amazing creative accurate job
Thank you so much. I'm happy you like it
Thanks to share this video and pdf instructions! New sub to your channel!!!❤👋 Greetings from Italy 🇮🇹
Thank you very much. I'm glad you liked it. You can find PDF plans in all my videos. Greetings from Turkey.
@ ok, thanks😉
👍
While other making it with advanced tools and expensive machine (we all know if we making this, most of us dont have those tools), its amazing you could done this with simple tools yet skill make it precise
Thank you so much. I'm glad you like it. My goal is to start from scratch with the tools I need and can make in my workshop. Then using these tools to complete other tools and then building wooden items and decorative items. Remember that you can find the measurements in all my videos. have a nice day
You have convinced me to turn my circular saw into a table saw my friend :) Thx for sharing!!
I thank you too. If you make this table saw, you can easily make other very useful tools that I have shared the dimensions of.
I will now be rebuilding my old homemade table for the saw.
I would like to seek your advise on:
The Kurf of my blade is 2mm.
Começar a fazer o projeto 👏🏻.
Best diy table saw i love it. Hope to make my own. Is marine plywood work for this or not.thanks
Hello. You can use marine plywood. I used plywood where it matters. I preferred MDF elsewhere. If the thickness is the same, you can make it by following the measurements without any problems.
can you please explain how did you made this 45-degree saw part
because in video you only showed us the 9o degree part .
Hello. I didn't make any mechanism for 45 degrees. I make the angle using my circular saw's own angle setting. So, I make adjustments on the saw by opening the top cover.
Super Arbeit 👍 welches Holz nutzt du? Habe ich leider nirgends gefunden :)
Hallo.
Interesting video, pity about not being able to open the PDF, its, linked to Google Drive, which I don't have but I already have Adobe PDF reader installed, suggest you find another way of presenting the PDF for download
Hello. Firstly, thank you. Actually there is no problem with the plan file. But you need to open it with WinRAR program. But it's okay. I put a link below for you. You can directly download the PDF file. I forgot to write the thickness of part number 1. The thickness of this piece is 18mm. I also recommend you to watch the videos of many helpful tools I made for this table saw. The plans for all of them are again in the description section. Thank you again for your attention 👍 drive.google.com/file/d/1cBRuuUkjt8OqUqxMRvjej9WvKEBLQ4Hx/view
Excelente trabalho.
