Ironically what most people probably don't know about Skyrim or design in general with Bethesda games like Fallout and Elder scrolls is the true charm of those games is focusing on the little things because they become a massive change even if they seem subtle. I remember Todd Howard talking about focusing on the little things and he's right about that. Which because of that.. I feel these types of mods are the ones I look for the most because they feel more like free DLC rather than mods. Especially if they are lore friendly.
What I like with your hidden gems series is that they are REALLY hidden... I'm quite impressed! Well done! This is the only TRUE hidden gems series on youtube
This kind of series is exactly what I've needed. I've used nearly every "top" mod, now i need the not so known ones that are great. Thanks for what you do
I like how you don't go ham into making your videos cinematic. Your game looks good and you showcase mods. That's all you need to do. Other channels, Heavy Burns in particular, put a lot of effort into editing and cinematography, which makes the videos look amazing, but they oftentimes feel like the mods -- the whole point of the video -- are taking a backseat to production quality, and that level of editing makes it so fewer videos come out within a given time period.
These are the type of mods that make me wanna play Skyrim again ! You are VERY but VERY underrated ! you REALLY deserve more ! good luck in your UA-cam videos and may UA-cam Algorithm bless you !
Just found your channel. I love Skyrim and modding it. I found some of the mods you have spotlighted very interesting and have added them to my mod list. Thank you very much!
I agree that this is crazy good quality work. Wish there was one place to find where everyone learns how to bake everything good like what programs etc. The "meta" so to speak of UA-cam

There are lots of tutorials online for optimal OBS, Davinci Resolve, and Audacity methods/settings as well, so they are easier to learn than by experience. Hope this helps!
A personal favorite mod of mine that has become a staple of my load order is Reliquary of Myth. It's an overhaul for the unique artifacts and weapons we find in Skyrim with a major focus on Daedric artifacts and other such legendary magical items. It's pretty compatible with my other artifact mods that I know of so far, too: such as Blood Matron, which overhauls Harkon's sword into a different weapon with it's own looks, lore, and abilities. Literally just found your channel and I am already in love: I love hidden gems of ideas being brought to light so everyone can appreciate them.
Thank you! Yup, I've got Reliquary installed on my personal modlist, great mod. Not sure if I could include it in one of these vids as it's got 113K downloads. Maybe though, we'll see!
@@SandGentleman You're very welcome and I guess Reliquary was more well known than I thought. I'm on console, so I figure the modding scene is different than on P.C: I know it's definitely much more limited. There are several mods I wish I could get, but don't have the space for or just can't find.
@@SandGentleman I've only heard a bit about modding on playstation, but from what I know modding is even harder there than on X-box, which is what I have. Biggest problem I have is lack of space for mods and mods not being available like I said. I tend to play a variety of highly specialized mages, built to excel at a certain type of magic. Having limited spell variety when specializing is rough and a main focus of my modding.
