Awesome video. So many of the features you showed here I had no idea about! Thanks for sharing!
you can go 30fps on a 24 timeline and still 20% slow mo - with the gimbal and software, it looks good and is helpful when lighting is just too dark - good for emergencies
Recently got into the Real Estate game. This information is gold man!! I appreciate you
Great content! The illustration is so helpful and easy to follow. Thank you so much for the video!
This is so helpful. Thanks a ton for making such videos. Liked and Subscribed.
Amazing content! I'm going to practice with my dji action 4 on the hohem gimbal today
Thank you! You can get some quality video out of the Action 4 so I bet it turns out awesome.
I'm in the process of getting my license and for years I've dabbled with video creation. Your videos are so helpful and I really appreciate you
Love
I’m a real estate agent in the UK and I’ve just purchased my second gimbal DJI Osmo Mobile 6 and then this evening while I’m looking through UA-cam for reviews I come across your channel, how awesome is that. I’ve subscribed. I also use CapCut as well. Bonus
That's awesome. Thanks for the Sub... Looking to drop some more videos on making content with your phone real soon. Stay tuned!
Bro Contact Me You Can Out Source Your Heavy Editing Stuff and just Focus on Filming Videos as many as you can❤❤❤
As someone starting out using capcut and really getting into video for 2024, this was INSANELY helpful!
Amazing. Instantly subbed. Thank you!
@@realestateagentdevelopment bro I am trying to edit my first video I took on my Osmo 6 but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to transfer 4k videos from my phone to my iPad where I’ll be editing… I’ve gotten as far as uploading them all to a google drive but drive only lets me download videos 1 at a time there has to be a better way?
I use airdrop for everything... at one point i used an android phone and I got an iPhone just to try it but when I discovered airdrop I could never go back because it makes transferring files so easy.
Great video. Can you help on how to get your verticals straight? Using key framing? Thanks
Landscape or portrait when using the gimbal? Great video. I did subscribe and look forward to seeing your past and future postings.
Thanks for the sub I appreciate it! It is better to shoot all short form in portrait because you want to keep the wider field of view. If I choose to make a longer video for UA-cam of facebook then I will shoot in landscape and occasionally I will crop those for short form but then you have a much more narrow focal length so I tend to do either just portrait or both.
I noticed the widest angle gets everything in the shot.
This was great! Do you offer editing as a service? This was great but I don’t want to do it myself
Curious what software you are using to make your video with the bubble pic of you on the side. Thank you.
Do you use a filter or would you recommend one? All the real estate videos have a nice bright, smooth light. I'm wondering because not every room has the same amount of natural light
I personally do not use filters I think that can be a little misleading… one thing I do is go through clip by clip and adjust the exposure, highlights, shadows, blacks and whites. There are scopes that help you adjust everything to the best possible exposure in post production. Another good trick is to lock exposure on your phone when shooting. For instance if you’re in a room with super bright windows you can tap the window on an iPhone, hold and lock the exposure to ensure your windows aren’t blown out… then in post you adjust up the shadows to brighten up the room. Make sense?
Do you trademark your videos, or have some sort of way to mark the video as been created by you? Especially if your want relators to hire you to make videos.
I am the realtor so I will use my own branding on the videos. When I hire videographers I don’t usually have them add their branding to the video, I know some of the local videographers in my area will use their own bumpers at the end of videos for marketing purposes but the agents prob get a discount on those videos I would think.
what is the reason for turning on the fireplace? just aesthetic to the shot?
When importing, does CapCut make a copy of your files or just reference them at their location. Seems like iMovie and FCP tend to make copies of your files and bunch them elsewhere.
I do not believe that they store another copy of the file, they do store project files but they reference the original source file during the edit. FCP renders live during the edit and I believe that takes up a lot of space.
Music name please?
so is cap cut as good as adobe premier pro for editing real estate videos?
Adobe Premiere Pro is tailored for professional editing, making it a top choice for those with advanced skills. However, for content creation on social platforms or straightforward UA-cam videos, CapCut is more than sufficient. Its built-in transitions and effects offer a beginner-friendly experience.
With the gimbal and my iPhone 13 Max Pro, is this enough to get started? How do I find realtors who need my services?
I know professional companies offering high end listing videos that still use an iPhone for their short format vertical video products. 1) I’d recommend targeting agents who do reasonable business to start, the more successful the better chance of them wanting to delegate the various tasks including content creation. 2) Look for someone who has a team or manages an office because they will be more willing/able to give you referral business. 3) Do a few for free or cheap to build a portfolio to show off to agents
How long does it take you to shoot a home like the one in this video?
Can CapCut be used to make how-to videos or videos about my engraving business, such as how to engrave on different materials?
Absolutely… I recommend downloading the “Blackmagic” camera app for iPhone. This will allow you to better dial in your camera settings (Aperture, ISO, Shutter Speed).
I am having trouble finding Blackmagic. There is one that is Blackmagic Camera and there is one called Bluetooth + for Blackmagic.
I'm using my iPhone 14 pro max and Sony A7iii recording in 4K 30FPS. I'd like to give my videos that cinematic dreamy look. I understand that I need to slow down the video to 80% speed in order to achieve 24p speed, but how should I export it for a smooth Instagram reel? 24 or 30fps? Do you recommend any additional settings like smooth slow motion, motion blur and etc?
Thanks!
If you are shooting real estate I would recommend shooting in 4k60 and slowing to 4k30 or 4k24 and then exporting the video at whatever frame rate you end up at. I recommend slowing the Real Estate to at least 50%.
@@realestateagentdevelopmentmy camera doesn't have 4k60 mode. And for the phone, I find it too dark most of the time to shoot 4k60 as the shutter speed needs to be at 1/120..
I hear that exporting at 24fps is not the best option, since instagram converts videos to 30fps and it becomes jumpy
@@duercos1 raise iso shoot at 4k60 and drop to 50% speed in post. Export at 30fps for real estate. That will net you the best result
If you export to 4K, doesn't IG downsize the resolution to 1080P since that's all it can support at the moment. I read that you should record in 4K but export to 1080P. Thoughts?
That’s understandable… I export everything in 4k. I then put everything in a folder by month and upload to IG, FB, UA-cam, sometimes threads, and sometimes LinkedIn. Yes most of the platforms will compress the video but not everywhere (YT & FB support 4k) and since I have them organized I will reuse videos the next yr sometimes if they are just educational talking heads and still relevant. I like to export at the highest possible quality so I don’t have to reopen the project down the line.
Walkthrough video won’t be relevant later so if I was just uploading to IG I can see exporting 1080.
I would like to know if you have a course that we can buy about how to use this editor
No @thamararamirez3947 I do not have a course… I will create more free content explaining CapCut. Thanks for the video idea!
The biggest problem I have with my OSMO OM4 gimbal + iPhone 14 combo is that the stabilization sucks. All my push in shots and sliding shots are shaky. The so called "3-axis" stabilization from the gimbal doesn't help at all. Do you face the same problem?
I haven’t had any problems. I’ve owned the OM 1, OM3, OM5, and OM6. The only one that gave me problems was the OM5… the stabilization was great but it wouldn’t always connect to the app and eventually just quick connecting all together… the OM6 has been the best one yet.
Do you use the iphone camera or DJI camera?
@@realestateagentdevelopment wow thanks for that quick response. Love your videos really helpful!!!
So is that shot in portrait mode?
It’s shot upright so portrait not landscape but no I didn’t use “portrait mode” on the iPhone. Just standard video mode… I will use some portrait mode sometimes if I want to show details like light fixtures, kitchen faucets, etc but usually it’s just the standard video mode.
What budget is needed to buy these devices?
CapCut both desktop and mobile is Free. The gimbal used is about $120 but you can find cheaper ones. Links in description
@@realestateagentdevelopment thanks for answer, good luck, wish more subscribers
why does my cap cut look nothing like this? i dont see speedy curves or anything.
I can'tget it to export a 2:30 video without crashing my computer
I’ve never had that issue I wonder if it has to do with your computers specs. I. The past I’ve had issues with premiere crashing until I upgraded my computer. Let me know if you resolve this

Which mode was the gimbal in. I have the osmo mobile 6 and not sure which mode to film in. I know not to use the spin mode. Which one do you use when you film the house?
