What is the Hail Mary prayer?

As Catholics, many of us would already know the "Hail Mary" prayer by hard. However, how often do we sit down and intentionally focus on each word as we pray?
Join Msgr Philip Heng, S.J. as he gives us a bite-sized explanation on why it is important, and how to pray the “Hail Mary” prayer.

Meditations on the mysteries of Christ is the SOUL/LIFE , without meditations , reciting only the prayers is LIKE A BODY WITHOUT SOUL , WITHOUT LIFE. " Pope Paul VI. Therefore we should focus / concentrate on the MEDITATIONS and not on Hail Marys !
