Yeah I'm quite surprised how much we are able to lift, it's heavy work. That hight you are lifting is unrealistic with 100kg that high, might be able to push it on from the back of the trailer. But I totally agree that it makes it much easier to get on with it. Love being able to watch this series again
The higher lifting weight for trees is built into Holmarka from the start. Platinum did add super strength if you built and rode the roller coaster but it’s the standard 100 kg lift starting out.
With a few more loads of logs you will be the master of the wilderness. I prefer Husqvarna as well my 55 chain saw is about 30 years old still cuts like new. Great episode thanks FSG

love the Axe and to bad you didn't go McCulloch that's the chain saws we grew up with using Pro Mac 55's and a few others even had one that had a 10' bar and huge 1" plus long teeth we used for the "big" trees. Love this new series FSG keep it up brother.
Loving the use of the CSZ bag lifter for the logs. Never seen that done. Avoided logs in 17 or 19 as it was all to fiddly the way I was doing it. Im tempted to give it a go small scale with that

I don't mean to rain on your parade but I'm still not getting this series. You're in the wilderness but you have free access to equipment dealers and sell points, despite the fact that in the first episode there was a sign saying they were closed for the season (in August???). How does this work? When you buy kit, do you pin a note on the door saying "I'd like to buy a skid-steer." then a month later, when someone comes to check on the place, they replace it with another note that tells you what they have in stock? Don't get me wrong, I like the stuff you produce. This one is just too weird. I hope you get round to replanting all the trees you've cut down. Deforestation is frowned upon these days. I'm also dead impressed that you managed to walk to the store, pick up the truck and drive it back in less than 15 minutes when it took you 11 minutes to drive the skid steer back to the plot.🤣🤣
I think you are over thinking it a little, it's basically a start from $0 series, If I have to wait a month for a skid steer it's going to be pretty boring content.

Reconfigure the skid steer with the rear weight option in the store. It is relatively inexpensive.

You should , logs definitely behave a little better in 22 than in 19 and 17
You'll be able to build yourself a lil cabin in the woods soon, and maybe a lil garden to grow some food.
Maybe you should look into a tent or "trade" some wood for cabin
