I’m not fully sure but I don’t think that Wheels affects simming at all. In my experiences, the best combo for simming is shnipe as the zone ability, close quarters, make it snappy, heatseeker, third eye, and send it for superstar abilities. All I do is sim in franchise mode so I’m pretty knowledgeable when it comes to this stuff.
Fun fact, my hometown had an ECHL team (the Tallahassee Tiger Sharks) and they once were involved in a brawl with the Louisiana Ice Gators that lasted about 45 minutes and made SportsCenter on ESPN. Loved going to the games and I even saw Wayne Gretzky's brother (Brett) play once.
The Trenton Titans were my hometown team. Used to go all the time and they were pretty good. Then they finally won the Kelly Cup in ‘05 and the team was doing real well. Then they ended up getting bought by the Devils and became the Trenton Devils, then people stopped going to their games and they got worse and worse, then they had a brief comeback as the Titans again before folding. And it’s a shame because the arena they used in downtown Trenton is pretty massive. Now they just do events there. But I miss going to the games as they were cheap and really close. Closest NHL arena to me is Philly about 50 minutes away but traffic getting there is a bitch so it usually takes over an hour closer to an hour 15
Having worked in the ECHL as my first job out of college I'm not gonna lie I feel like the players are way under ratted in the lague considering the amount of guys who will play at both the ECHL and AHL level during the season. That being said I'm happy to see the guys who were on the team I worked for starting to Make NHL rosters.
I did notice that the defenseman had 21 assists as the majority of his 24 points, which would make sense. The top defense pairing being out at the same time as the top line would allow him to dish Joe NHL a bunch to get a ton of primary and secondary assists throughout the playoffs.
Do you think you'd ever try making a GM mode video on a team where every player has a super high shooting/passing bias? Ever since they added the ability to adjust it in the player editor a few months ago I thought it would be a cool idea to do make a video on a team with a pure passing bias and then again with a pure shooting bias to see how different they are and if the shooting team performs way better or not.
A cool video idea may be to give a 99 overall 1 zone ability and that's it, sim it, and see how they do and do it with some other and compare to see what is the "best" zone ability for simming

One thing i found out if you give someone truculence they will get a crazy amount of penalty minutes just from fights from rocking people

@@TheJerseyNinja the good ol days of the ECHL. I've always said that if I win the lottery, I'll start a new team here.

You should make a 99 overall without xfactors and a 50 overall with xfactors and see who has the better career
I wasnt expecting you to choose wheeling but that’s my hometown!!! Also my first video. Instant subscribe for that. It makes me all tingly inside
The Quebec team you were talking about at the end is the trois-rivières lions, they are a new team this year in the echl
Dude, as a Wheeling resident and Nailers fan, I was so stoked to see you pick Wheeling!
How many wins would a team of 99 overalls get in the all
Ahl
Coltin Ellis is a pretty great goalie prospect in the Blues' system
Just got recommended for this video and weirdly enough I skate with two guys that played for the nailers
that goalie Colton who’s “ elite” his potential was a fringe starter, meaning that’s his nhl potential
Love how Burnaby is still the default 30 years later.
I love how you make Eric Lindros.
Dam I know him Colten ells he used to play for Charlottetown Islanders he was one of the best tendies I live there
Do 99 over all in the WHL next
also you should do full lines of 99 ovr in the future
plus bobby butler had 5 extra games in the first season
How do you assign them to a team
I know Tyler Drevitch on the 4th line I’ve met him several times in person
Alex D’Orio is the back up for the Penguins now
Funny, D'Orio just got called up IRL because DeSmith got hurt
Half cage AND titan wood stick? Certified legend no doubt

I know this would take too much effort, but it would be fun to see how a 0 overall player does in a league of all 99 overalls.
The nailers are actually my hometown team even though I don’t live in Wheeling. It was kind of cool to see you use them lol
Next, the 5-6 peewee Timbits!
As a fan of the Railers. All I can say is “I wish.”
You should've given him the make it snappy superstar ability
I love your goalie be a pro vids
maybe you should put Scoring eng and Shoot Eng on high more realistic
Almeida is said the 2nd way you said it btw.
Ankle breaker, snipe, make it snappy, quick pick
The Quebec team Newfoundland lost to was the Trois-Rivières Lions
When you said nailers I was pumped my home town team!!
Let’s go Kwings!
been going to Nailer games my entire life!
Do a 99 overall goalie
My buddy Sam plays for that team
