@@surya779 Govt can demolish any land if they plan any development project. If they acquire the land they provide compensation.
@@propertyduniya The point here is that the farm houses are being built on river bed. If at any time govt rolls road roller on them,, they will give no more than agriculture land circle rate. Not sure what and how they will decide the rate.
Nobody can decide the rate, even farmer protest for their land acquire in different states of India. And What do you Delhi Sainik Farms or Chattarpur Farms are legally good.

Government is demolishing all the farmhouses. It is agricultural land and also floodplain any type of construction is not allowed even non concrete construction has been broken.please share some information.
Government is demolishing only those farm houses who built double story and concrete construction.

Why there is no. Electricity even if it is agriculture goverment has to. Provide electricity... Farming bina tubewell k kaha hoti hai... And then if someone has to cunstruct they can apply for 143 but to legally buy one should be native farmer of utar Pradesh
