@@ianpodmore9666 TBF, the whole of the black country and Solihull is Birmingham really. It should be called Greater Birmingham not the West Midlands, the whole region already has one mayor and a regional assembly. Stourbridge is literally just on the border of the city proper.

Yeah it’s Madrid making signings , yeah it’s one of the best youngsters in circulation but little you know he’s different from the others , he’s mature , intelligent inside and outside the pitch, not many players have this carisma and it may be crucial in defining a turning point in modern football . We know talent is not enough and the head you have for it is as much as if not more important Than what you prove on the pitch, and this guy , at just 20 years old (19 couple weeks ago) looks like he has it all it takes to be among the greatest and I would say, more admired and respected footballers in the years to come. Of course this is saying a lot , time will speak for himself , wish him the best!
Other than a big injury or a series of injuries, I don’t think anything can stop this guy. Terms like “world class” and “generational talent” get thrown around far too much these days, but this guy is the real deal. Not world class yet, but captaining Dortmund and now joining Madrid is only going to speed up the process. Good luck Jude

I'm proud to say he is from my home town of Stourbridge, the Black Country is full of people who are no-nonsense and all about hard work and character. He has it in abundance. And he’s still so young, even though it is hard to believe sometimes with his poise and professionalism. I can only wish him all the best, hope he stays fit and healthy, accomplishes an amazing and long career and never scores against us.
