Roohafza refreshing mocktail, a drink made with mint and lemon in virgin mojito style. I have used plain soda for this drink.
As I have said earlier, I didn’t like the plain roohafza with water. I like it with milk as in mohabbat ka sharbat. So I thought of adding mint and plain soda like in virgin mojito. It was really refreshing for this summer. It’s very simple to prepare if you have chilled soda and few fresh mint in stock.
How to make rohaafza mojito video:👇
INGREDIENTS
Rohaafza - 2 & 1/2 tbsp
Mint leaves - 10
Lemon / lime juice - 1 tbsp
Plain soda - 1 cup
Crushed ice - 1 cup
METHOD
Muddle little ice and mint leaves until you get the flavour of mint. Top with more ice. Add roohafza, lemon juice.
Top with chilled soda. Mix gently, Garnish with lemon wedge/ slice, fresh mint sprig and serve.
NOTES
like the addition of crushed ice that ice cubes. I just used my mixer to grind ice and use it in the recipe.

There is a difference between chia seeds and sabja seeds!! Chia seeds are comparatively smaller in size than sabja seeds!! Rest the drink is looking amazing...will surely try it!!
