  • LOW BACK MOBILIZATIONS: SPINE ARTICULATING BRIDGE
    We are starting the new year off with a low back series! We are starting the year off with a simple mobilization exercise for when your low back is feeling STIFF!
    🔹start by taking a big deep breath in
    🔹as you exhale, slowly raise your back off the mat one small vertebrae (little bones of your back) at a time.
    🔹Once you reach the bridge position, slowly lower your bottom back to the mat one vertebrae at a time. This time starting from your mid back and lower down until your low back touches the mat.
    This helps to get each segment moving individually and more fluidly and will help alleviate some of the low back tightness!
