    Wow that last move I had to back off a bit to find the 7/10 but so needed for my ankles and shins. Happy day 11 to all and thank you, Ash!

    Thank you Ash, really starting to feel the difference. Laat year I ran 10k and due to the wrong casual working shoes is messed up the left foot. Starting too heal this way🙌

    Hey Ash, should I also do these exercises while already experiencing shin pain? (Although I hardly felt it when doing them) or does it prolong the healing? And should I do them everyday or is that too much? Thanks so much for the great video series!!
