Barbie Family Hospital Story - Tommy Breaks His Leg is a family friendly, pretend play video made for kids. Tommy and Isabelle are playing outside and Tommy wants to have an adventure. Isabelle wants to continue playing in the sandbox so Tommy dares himself to climb onto a high tree branch off the treehouse. This turns out to be a terrible idea as he falls to the ground! Barbie runs out and calls 911. The Barbie Ambulance comes and takes them to the hospital. There, at the Barbie Fast Cast Clinic Playset, the doctor makes Tommy a cast and sends him home in a wheelchair.
