The case present here is resection specimen, however the piecemeal biopsy is not so good to diagnostic as whole morphology. How about the fragmented specimen when you got, is there simplified criteria?!

i have hyperplastic colonic polyps and its huge ones. I wonder if it can be removed by doing a colonoscopy?
