Sura al maidah is the 3rd last sura to be revealed. In sura al maidah verse 69, Allah says the Christians and Jews and Sabians will get reward from God.
Sura 5:69; For the believers, the Jews, the Sabians, and the Christians- those who believe in God and the Last Day and do good deeds- there is no fear: they will not grieve.
According to Quran, we the Christians do not need quran as long we believe in God and last day and do go deeds, we will be rewarded.

Indeed, We took a covenant from the Children of Israel and sent them messengers. Whenever a messenger came to them with what they did not desire, they denied some and killed others.
