I almost the same exact situation as you. I’m heading to Nashville and have a layover in DFW for 40 minutes. I’m alone and a minor I’m praying that the gates are close and there’s no delay. This video calms my nerves a little, thanks!

What special livery was it that you flew on years back? Just wondering
Great question! It was the Allegiant Air Airbus A320 in the Make a Wish livery from TUL to SFB in 2015! I didn’t want to go into that story, but I didn’t want to deviate too far from the point. Hey, i changed terminals and barely made it
Terminal C to B in 45 minutes with a tired person...
Aus to Dfw to Hsv first flight 45 min, 2nd flight 1hr 30-50 min
really, I missed my plane to south africa and I was flying delta Airlines and I had a 35 minute connection
I am so sorry man...
Dfw is 50 minutes… totally have a scheduled aa to aa connection of 42 minutes next month

I may be a tad overconfident here but I think you could have made the connection if the terminals didn't change. They usually try to call for passengers on the flights they're supposed to be on to see if they will make it before the cabin doors close and the plane is about to depart - I know it doesn't always work out that way though!
Am a little curious though, when you made the trip via the AA flights, did Breeze not have the service yet that departed from TUL? Or did you just want a more familiar route?

Nice video! I had a connection in Dallas Fort Worth earlier this week and had about 40 minutes to make the flight but I made it.
That’s awesome you got to fly Flagship Valor. I had an aircraft change while at DFW with a delay and had her to SMF.
Watching because all I see are 40 min layovers at dfw
Do you have to check in and go through security again or do they give you two boarding passes for both flights
They give you boarding passes for both flights, I had two connection flights and you only have to go through security on your first flight, so on your connecting flight (at least flying domestically) you just get off the plane and go straight through the terminals to your next flight. Also if you have checked luggage like a big suitcase, it will go to your final destination and you pick it up at the airport.
