what about the huge interest rate imposed on credit card loans which I think is allowed by the Central Bank of the Philippines. What is the governing rule ?

dapat ipa sarado na mga online lending na may advance interest kaya maliit nalang makukuha mo, tapos may additional interest din na dinagdag sa principal amount yan ang tunay na manloloko mandaraya kaya ipahuli yan ikulong

Atty.good afternoon, thankful ako nkita ko ang Channel nyo, very responsive kasi kayo sa mga queries. Ask ko lang po, kasi natpos ko ng byran ang principal amount ng loan ko sa Flexi Finance. My delay payment po ako kya malaki interest, pero nag settle ako for agreement, pinabayad nila ako two times ng 1276.00 for settlement, until now wala akong update sa knila, kong ilan nalng babayran kong interest na one time payment pra mtpos na. I'm worrie baka mbigla ako, padalhan nalg ng letter.
