Love the spins on traditional games. Haven't watched all the possibilities you've done so far, but here are some of my own ideas for the future spins:
1# Not farming (no creep score, no minions no jungle monsters (ok, you might kill dragons, heralds, barons and maybe even buffs, but all other is prohibited, consequence of violation of the rules is up to you, from staying at fountain 1 min for each CS to having to be killed once...),
2# No basic attacks (auto attack is removed from the game, try to win nonetheless, champions like ezreal and Karthus will be but lot less than let's say Kalista and Draven so count with it)
3# No abilities besides basic attacks (from abilities to summoner spells, you can make it as hard as you want, but that's the premise)
4# No minimap + locked screen + no chat + no communication via other means (let's see each of your individual reactions at each other while not being able to tell them directly during the game, seems like funny enough of a concept to me, of course customise at your own discretion)
5# Play Aram (side lanes, who cares about that stuff, also you cannot go back and buy or heal unless you die)
6# It's time to Du-Du-Du-Du-Du-Duel (play normally except you cannot teamfight, no assistances allowed, only solo books here, once 2 players engage they might fight till one is dead or till one runs, but no interventions)
7# Tower defense (one side can only defend, cannot damage structures, they win if 1) they survive till given time limit 2) they ace the enemy team 3) anything other you come up with)
8# No items (yep, you will be as clean as the day you were born, here on the Summoners rift)
9# No ultimates (but why???, because they are often inherent part of the champions, so let's see what they would be without them)
10# Random Champions (ARURF, yey!, Wait... What no cool down reduction only random champions, jikes, Ehem... wise man once said that each person is born with their hand of cards and with their cards they must play so yeah, deal with it)
11# There's nothing like too much armor (as you've guessed you can only buy Armor items, no AD, no AP, no penetration, champions dealing AP damage as their main one are banned, liked the video 6 or more years age where both teams could only build Thornmails, I'm not absolutely sure, but I don't think there is a way to own a same legendary or mythic item more than once so sice that was thwarted, this is substitution, consider whether to ban champions like Vayne and Fiora at your own discretion)

They lost because they trolled diving under turret (as expected bc they had advantage in every aspect of the game), like that 20/0 fed yi trying to kill the enemy but they grouped under two turrets waiting for him to dive xd
