Winding through towering peaks at 2,431 meters above sea level, the Furka Pass is an absolute dream for driving enthusiasts. This iconic route features hairpin turns, dramatic cliffs, and stunning panoramic views, making it one of the greatest alpine roads in the world. It’s also famous for its appearance in the James Bond movie Goldfinger (1964). We are driving up from the east side from Realp down to Gletsch on the west side. The east side is narrower and more bumpy, while the east side features the iconic Hotel Belvedere and is 2-lane all the way - therefore the west side is more popular with bikers.
