These lines are written by SIR Alama iqbal (RA) as shikwa to Allah I have heard that after shikwa the huqum e kufar was proclaimed against him but when he wrote the jiwab e shikwa the huqum e kufar was revoked by the muslim scholars.. I am die hard fan of sir iqbal.
