thank you this really helped and i have now contacted a company and they made me a custom size frame which is 59cm in size with a custom stem one piece handlebar set so that it fits me all thanks to you coach
Hi Coach, thanks for your great videos. I’m experiencing numb hands as well as some hamstring strain. I’ve got a fix my fit I believe but I’m not sure where to begin. Maybe do a video on that or let me know.
I bought a Ridley Kanzo A. It's described as a commuter gravel bike, but somehow has cyclocross reach. I went for a 0 setback seat post and will try an 80-90mm Redshift. I’ll need a relaxed position because I’m fat, and I’m loving the bike. Did you think an 80 is too short? I've watched your other video about stem length and wasn’t sure because I could set up a 90mm with a lower angle to reduce the reach a few cm?
Its.Not exactly pain but more stiffnes ,especially on boring straight long rides . In the Ardennes or MTB in the woods with different positions on the bike there is no problem . But on these long rides it feels like a cramp that just won’t go away
Sorry to hear that - have your tried taking some torque off when on the long steady ones - I mean just spinning a little higher for periods in easier gear so that break the temptation to big ring it for too long?

Thank you so much for good advice. From now on I am going to use my glutes.
👍👍👍
This is 100% effective
Thank you 🙏
Tak for de gode råd, dem vil jeg bruge fremover 👍
👍
thanks! You're helping a lot!
My pleasure
Great advice but just pure entertainment at the same time 😂
Glad you enjoyed it 👍👍👍
Yes! Engage the glutes and stretch the hip flexors. One thing: is more setback going to encourage glute engagement?
Great tips and video💥💕
Whats worst? Having a smaller bike than your fit or a bigger bike for your fit?
No right answer really as a smaller bike for someone with short torso not the same as rider at same height but longer torso. Etc
