in form general when we hit save button where it will go and save ? in qlikDM or excel or Db or qvd?

It depends on the customization - multiple data storages are supported. Your manual inputs can be saved to QVD, XML files, or various types of DBs, or transferred to another system by using a REST connection.

Could I work offline with Infinity Forms? For example, if I hit save button, and I don't have Internet. Will that data be lost, and will I have to input the data again? Or will it save that data, and when it has access to the Internet will save it to the database?

Video is a bit confused. You demonstrate creating and entering data into a form before showing how to actually set up a new data storage for it and setting it up in the load editior wasn't covered in either of the setup or configuration chapters. It's disorganised, missing information and doesn't actually explain how developers 'get started'.
Unfortunately I find the level of documentation and tutorial for Qlik as a whole to be very substandard. There's a lot of room for improvement here.
