In the book of Mathew 5:17-19,Jesus says "think not that lam come to destroy the law,or the prophets.lam am not come to destroy but to fulfil it,we must understand that God is the same yesterday today and forever and His word will never change,He died for us because we are sinners but He never said continue living in sin, there is no scripture in the bible that says now you can eat pork, and i don't believe that in the whole world at the time when those demons were sent into those pigs, there were only 2000 pigs in the whole world, that can't be true, let us keep the law of God,Isaiah 66:17,Leviticus 11:7-8,Isaiah 65:2-4,God is against people who eat swine, let us not deceive ourselves.normally people misinterpret the scripture in 1timothy 4:3 Paul speaks about people who will be forbidding certain things and he also talks about meats, the word meats applies to different kinds of foods then it says "which" God hath created with Thanksgiving, that means it will be wrong for someone to stop people from eating the things that God blessed in the book of Leviticus 11..so that which was not blessed to be eaten still can't be eaten up to this day,the other scripture that confuses people is when Peter had a vision where he saw a basket with different kinds of foods and he was commanded to eat but he refused...Acts 10:15 "and the voice spake into him again the second time, what God hath cleansed, that call not thou unclean..God was talking about people, read verse 28 of the same book..let us keep the law of God
be carefu of the law we walk by faith any food you eat doesn't make you unclean only things that comes out of mouth will make you dirty. the crucify jesus jesus said to them I am the king of Sabbath
@@kennethmsimango7239 if you read that scripture well,Jesus was talking about words not food, take your bible and read it well, from the beginning God blessed certain foods to be eaten, that's why even today people now live anyhow because they have misinterpreted grace..Grace is the ability that God has given us to do His will, without any struggle Titus 2:11
@@ayandazwane3928 that vision wasn't about food sir but about the people who were considered outcast.the basket was taken back without him eating that but then the vision was interpreted
@@mondliwenkosidube387 that's correct sir. Let scripture interpret scripture. Even in Leviticus 11 God was figuratively telling Israelites whom can they associate with and who they must not associated with. It never had to do with animals literal( 1Corinthians9v9-10) remember animals that never divided hoof and that did not chew the cud (or did one and never did the other) were not to be eaten but animals which chewed the cud and divided hoof were to be eaten which symbolised: 1. Divided hoof- walking blameless before God, being separated for Him 2. Chewing cud- meant abiding or feasting in the word and meditating upon it. Now remember even Peter had to explain the vision in Acts11 because it was unlawful for him as a Jewish person to associate with gentiles because according to Levitus 11 they are impure but according to Acts 10 v15 they are pure because God has made gentiles clean by the shedding of the blood of Jesus Christ. Remember food doesnot bring us closer to God, we are no worse if we do not eat and no better if we do (1Corinthians8:8) so we can not judge people for eating pork with thankfulness to God because they eat for the glory of God (1Corinthians10:30-31 & Romans14: 6). He who doesnot eat pork is not better than the one who eats pork and the one who eats pork is not better than the one who does not eat pork. One person's faith allows them to eat everything but another whose faith is weak eats only vegetables (Romans14:2)
Woza all is well
